The ubiquity of this beautifully satisfying geometric symbol is astonishing. It appears at the Golden temple in Amritsar, in a Buddhist Temple at Ajanta, India, in the Louvre and at Ephesus. It has been embroidered onto the robes of Sultans. It can be seen in Cordoba, in Marrakech, in Beijing, the Lebanon, in Egypt, and Japan.
It is chiseled into wood in Holland and carved into stone in Scotland and Austria. The oldest example of the Flower of Life is believed to be 2500 years old. The Flower of Life design is deceptively simple. It consists off a series of evenly spaced interlinking circles. As more circles are added, the pattern emerges. The design has been favored by religions, architects, and
scientists alike.
Despite the seeming simplicity of the design, hidden within it are subtle complexities that have such a profound meaning for some that they believe the Flower of Life depicts the fundamental forms of time and space.

The most obvious symbols inherent within the Flower of Life are the circle, the hexagon or six-pointed star, and the Vesica Picis. Furthermore, three intersecting circles alone form a Borromean Ring which is also known as the Tripod of Life symbol. (Body, mind and spirit). Some important symbolic sequences can be derived from many-circled versions of the design, for example Metatron’s Cube can be derived from the Flower of Life, and the five Platonic solids can then be ‘extracted’ from the cube. Here is a very detailed video from Spirit Science which explains where the origins of the Flower of Life came from and how they believe that everything in existence comes from the Flower of Life, which even teases the pattern of the Egg of Life which is the structure of the embryo egg.
The video (in the link below) is well explained in what can be derived from the Flower of Life, and at one point the narrator mentions the dodecahedron and its relation to the higher levels of consciousness. This is referring to how sacred geometry is ultimately the Conscious Grid also known as the Christ Consciousness that is the platform for creation to occur.

I really have been feeling such powerful love forces entering my heart since the sun moved into Sagittarius a few days ago and feel its happening collectively to Humanity. One sees many more acts of Kindness happening – one sees it on Social Media and even the News if reporting it on TV. The LOVE is washing me from my last bits of bitterness that I had come up during the Scorpio energies. I AM embracing all, even the ones who still do not want to accept or resist it, I give it anyhow, and I also mean the beings in the other worlds as well as on the earth plane. Once you love all, then no one can hurt, harm or attack you. You can rise above it and see that the resistors are just confused, lost and irritated, so they need more love, even if they choose not to take it and then flee or try to continue to disrupt, it is their free will to do so. Being in your center and living in your heart will give you neutrality and stability, therefore you can not be disturbed or thrown off balance by outside forces.

There now remains very little to hold you collectively entangled within the illusion. It has served its purpose – allowing you to experience separation from Source – and is now disintegrating all around you. As you make a habit of engaging only lovingly with yourselves in your own individual human lives, and letting go of negative and invalid self-judgments, your experience of life is lightening, freeing you from the self-imposed guilt and exile of eons. A vast cleansing of the human energy field is under way as your awakening process draws you unstoppably forward toward your divine and heavenly destination – Reality, the Source of all that exists – which in truth you have never left.
The changes that each of you are experiencing and undergoing personally and collectively, and that the mainstream media is completely unaware of, are phenomenal. Love is your nature, and daily more and more members of the human family are realizing this and becoming increasingly desirous of engaging only lovingly with each other, but still afraid that they, each individual, are alone in feeling this. That is separation. And so separation is a fearful state because it relies on caution which is, of course, nothing more than a lack of trust. As humans you have all experienced betrayal of trust, and so to engage with Love and throw caution out the window appears unwise and dangerous.
Nevertheless, very fortunately, many have now chosen to do precisely that and, throwing caution exultantly to the winds, are making the constant intent to behave lovingly by being open with everyone with whom they interact anywhere and anytime. Doing this is contagious. The Tsunami of Love is with you all in every moment and is flooding into more and more hearts daily. Today, being the day on which those of you in the United States of America celebrate Thanksgiving, an enormous intensification of the Tsunami is occurring worldwide, and this will encourage many more who truly want to open their hearts to all to just do it.
As we observe you all – remember that from here in the spiritual realms we know each one of you intimately because nothing is hidden, loving you dearly, and clearly recognizing the Christ within each one of you, and, of course, never judging you – we are in joy as we watch you stirring in your sleep, preparing to awaken and enter once more into the brilliant Light of eternal day. That is the state that is Reality, it is your eternal Home, and your awakening into it is divinely guaranteed and, therefore, inevitable.
As you scour the worldwide web seeking and finding confirmation of these words in many places, OPEN UP YOUR HEARTS! You are safe!
You are divine beings experiencing physicality as human beings by your own choice. When you chose to incarnate you were fully aware that you would be in a state of intense amnesia, and that that state would make it very difficult for you to remember that you were on a mission to assist in humanity’s awakening. So, when you feel even the slightest nudge, a scarcely perceptible intuitive sense of purpose in your lives, very possibly a purpose that is completely different from the one you have been engaging with all your life, go with it, it is your call to action.
And that action could be anything from engaging with others to discuss the state of the world with a view to cleansing and healing it, to working in other countries with the sick and impoverished, to doing the same in your own country, or to just quietly being a loving presence in the environment that you would presently describe as your own home area.
You each have your own calling and life purpose, chosen before you incarnated. And before you incarnated you also knew that you would initially live a life of intense unawareness so that you could develop fully as a separated human and through that experience learn what you needed to know to magnificently assist in humanity’s awakening. As most of you are now well aware, nothinghappens by chance or coincidence, it just appears like that because of your amnesia. But many of you have had the experience recently of meeting someone new and finding that you both feel that not only have you known each other for a very long time, but also that you are indeed One with each other.
That should confirm for you your deeply felt inner knowing that there is only Oneness and that there are no chance meetings, no coincidences, that everything, every event that occurs is part of the plan you created before incarnating. Your task is to recognize this, honor it, and act on it. Do not to attempt to dismiss it as your mind playing tricks on you because it most definitely is not. It is your call to awaken, the call that you you have been waiting for, the call knew you would receive, hear, understand, and most willingly and enthusiastically accept.
Now is the moment for which you have been waiting expectantly, faithfully, and hopefully. It is the moment when you are to awaken. In human terms, within the illusion where linear time appears to be so real, flowing only in one direction, it will take a little while for the full benefits of your awakening to come to fruition. Therefore connect powerfully with that inner knowing, the divine flame of eternal Love burning continuously on your holy inner altars, the place within each of you where God is always present, welcome, and honored, your own Christ consciousness which is your eternal and changeless divine nature.
As humanity’s awakening moves forward and people all across the world become increasingly aware of the immense power of Love, you will see wondrous events unfolding that clearly demonstrate that the old ways of conflict, betrayal and suffering are coming to an end. A new world, that has been gestating within the hearts of humanity for many decades, is about to be born, bringing with it the Solution to all your unresolved problems and issues that to many appear utterly unanswerable. And, needless to say, the answer is, as it always has been, unconditional Love that embraces all. You are removing the veil that has hidden Love from you for so long, and you will be most gloriously bedazzled. What you have sought for eons is already with you, It always has been, and now you will know It, perceive It, recognize It, and dwell within It’s ecstatically enlivening embrace, at One with All, and knowing without even the slightest doubt that you are at Home forever in the Presence of your divine Source.

Metatron’s Lesson on Ascension: Love versus Fear

The Unites States has just endured one of most polarizing elections in modern history. The reverberations from this election are likely far from over. And just like a toddler throwing a temper tantrum, duality, in all of its fading 3D glory, is raising its young head and begging for attention.
As a practitioner, I have little interaction with the election. But I recently found myself working with some friends in my circle who have been extremely catalyzed by recent events, which led me back to my writings. Metatron immediately pointed me to a specific passage that directly relates to what we are experiencing on a global level.
By early 2011 I’d become Metatron’s attentive student. His lesson on this particular day was firmly rooted in a topic I’d spent a lifetime attempting to understand: fear. In true Metatron style, he didn’t waste any time getting started. I barely had time to find pen and paper when he abruptly began communicating with me.
The following passage is an excerpt taken directly from my journals. I recorded the experience as fully as possible on the pages of a small journal. For the sake of authenticity I have not altered the selection in any way.
Metatron speaks:
Open your mind.
Open your heart.
You are free and safe.
Be true. Own your existence.
Don’t waste your life in fear.
Time is of the essence. It is short. Don’t spend time in regret. Be who you really are and express your uniqueness. Source loves your true heart. Never fear your fear. Embrace your Light. There is no wrong, nor judgment.
Be free of the escape. In escapism we loose the heart/ourselves and become other than Source. Life is the experience. Do not run from the adventure, no matter where it might take you. Life never ends. There is no judgment. Choose wisely and from your heart-fear not fear. Fear not the unknown for in the shadows of your mind lurks true understanding. Face your fears and do not look back, nor judge-for you walk in the Light of your Creator, in the Light of unconditional Love and Understanding.
As a child is born and walks among men, so too does the soul move through the cosmos-one foot leading/directing the other, falling then rising again, only to learn the method and reasoning. Only, in matters of Truth, it is much different. Earthly Laws do not apply.
Life is in the experience of living-it is not the end. This is the joyride of the soul and whim of the Creator. Do not take seriousness and dread in any aspects for it is about the reflection of living, the reflection to Source, so it may know and experience itself. Fret not in anything for the Creator finds joy in the play. Returning to Source the cycle of life repeats over and over until the essence finds pause and return.
There are no mistakes. Live life to its fullest and fear not. Regret not. Embrace the spark within and find the joy that we see God and become Source and become One.

Metatron’s lesson was crystal clear. The world you occupy and everything within it is a projection of your own consciousness. This means all of your experiences are actually constructs within a hologram of your design. You created this stage for the sake of expanding your soul into Love, but the frequency you align with is entirely up to you: fear being the lowest frequency and Love being the highest octave.
All roads ultimately lead back home to Source, so it is merely a question of the path you choose. Will your journey be short and straight or winding and long? Will you take the shortest most direct route of Love and Light or will you choose the long and winding road of fear? The choice is completely yours and based upon Free Will.
When you impose your will on events and attempt to steer them into particular outcomes you are in resistance because you are working within ego, which is fear. You can’t be ONE with the Universe when you are in a state of separation.
On the contrary, resistance-free moments occur when you are in service to others. You experience flow when you allow the Universe to co-create with your consciousness outside of ego.
Metatron’s teaching also specifically focused on being free of the escape. I define escapism as distractions, the handy tools of choice when we are in a state of fear.
But what are distractions?
Distractions are outside influences that repeatedly divert you off your path and lower your frequency. Anything can be used as a distraction. Examples include, but are not limited to: television, cell phones, addictions and behaviors that could potentially become habitual. All of these outside influences block guidance from the Higher Self.
A distraction has the intention to become unavoidable. It hijacks your consciousness with the purpose of implanting new programming, thus dictating how you think and manipulating your decision-making process.
Experiencing stillness within a distraction is highly unlikely and absolutely not rewarded. Although some distractions (i.e.: a cell phone and some television programming) can be beneficial, all distractions offer some form of negative reward ranging from instant gratification to desensitization to various levels of intensity. This is particularly true with addictive behaviorsand/or repeated behaviors that involve avoidance, all of which successfully eliminate the possibility of meditative, self-contemplation.
As an Alchemist, one quote stands out. “Fear not the unknown, for in the shadow of your mind lurks true understanding.” Metatron is telling us when you have the courage to squarely face your shadow self and heal the wounds that lurk deeply within, you effectively bring in powerful Light that move you higher in frequency and closer to unity consciousness.
But when you are seduced by distractions and engage wholeheartedly in their trappings, you effectively delay the gift of healing and unification. Distractions do nothing more than isolate you from your Mind, Body, Soul and the community around you.
A perfect example of a distraction, although extreme, is the “Pokemon Go” phenomenon. Lucia Grosaru, in her article, “The Dark Psychology Behind Pokemon Go”, addresses the implications of the app that took the world by storm. The implications she reveals are applicable to all technology and the distractions we so willingly abdicate our power and consciousness to.
Post election, during this time of extreme polarization throughout our country and the world, there is a light of unity at the end of the tunnel. Michael Tellinger leads the Ubuntu Movement, a liberation movement of unity consciousness. He defines Ubuntu as the following:
“Ubuntu is an ancient African humanist philosophy that refers to communities where people live in harmony with each other and the nature around them-where there is unity in the community. “
Based on the principles of Unity Consciousness, it is a social structure where everyone lives in harmony with nature and each other, contributing their God-given talents. It is a moneyless society
Metatron also references reincarnation, but does not confine it to merely an Earthly definition. He refers to souls moving through the cosmos, learning as they weave through various incarnations throughout this universe and others.
Evidently, understanding the reasoning and methodology of this common spiral of incarnation is so vast that unless the veil is successfully pierced, galactic reincarnation and all it entails appears to be outside the scope of comprehension while residing in the 3rd Density. The way to access this information is to raise your frequency.
In the last passage, Metatron tells us that Source resides within ALL life for the purpose of experiencing itself. And since life is about the reflection of living, we are ALL reflections of Source, thus we are all fractals of the ONE.
Regardless of which path we choose, we all ultimately return home to ourselves, which is Source, where we rest until we are ready to venture out once again and act out another magnificent play.
Although we currently live in 3rd Density, which is steeped in duality, intense influxes of Plasma Light Energy are washing over the planet, assisting us in transcending the weight and amnesia of our current state of polarity and move us collectively toward unity consciousness. This process is called Ascension, but it is not a passive process.
How do you choose a timeline? You don’t, or at least not consciously. Ascension is a frequency-based event that will align with one of three possibilities based upon each individual’s vibration.
The Law of One is a series of channeled communications by Don Elkins, Carla Ruekert and Jim McCarty originating from a social memory complex called, Ra. This entity belonged to a group of 6th Density beings that inhabited Venus 2.6 Billion years ago.
The Law of One tells us we are now being asked to choose a timeline: Earth Negative or Earth Positive, or a third timeline, which is relocation to a completely different planet. In the following passages, Ra tells Don Elkins, the Questioner, through the channel, Carla Ruekert, exactly how this will take place.
16.12 Questioner: Then as we enter the fourth density there will be a split, shall we say, and part of the individuals who go into the fourth density will go to planets or places where there is service to others and the other part will go into places where there is service to self.
Is this correct?
Ra: I am Ra. This is correct.
63.32 Questioner: When the third density goes out of activation and into potentiation that will leave us with a planet that is first, second, and fourth density. At that time there will be no activated third-density vibrations on this planet. Am I correct in assuming that all third-density vibrations on this planet now are those vibrations that compose the bodily complexes of entities such as us; and that that is the sum total of third-density vibrations on this planet at this time?
Ra: I am Ra. To answer your query, this is incorrect only in that in addition to the mind/body/spirit complexes of third density there are the artifacts, thought-forms, and feelings which these co-Creators have produced. This is third density.

If you are based in Love, you will suddenly find yourself on the Earth Positive Timeline. And if you are based in fear, you will align with the Earth Negative Timeline. But if your frequency is not prepared for the change or ready to accept the higher frequencies of Light (Love), you will be relocated to a new planet in order to master the lessons 3rd Density offers.

today I share the Hopi Prophecy with you. Our Earth is traveling around the sun in our the solar system in a sidereal year( now it is 365 days, although it was once 360 days) and our solar system is traveling in a elliptic loop around the great Central Sun in a “Great or Platonic Year” ( about 26000 earth years). On this journey planets, comets and stars come closer or even collide here and there. Magnetic fields get shook up when 2 celestial bodies come close. This has occurred before and will again. Now we speak of the purification phase of Gaia again. She has purified before…remember Noah’s Arc story and the sinking of Lemuria and Atlantis?
We are now learning to be multi-dimensional Beings that can transcend the physical world and exist in higher dimensions. Activating our Lightbodies – the Merkaba and Omkabah is of utmost importance, as we head into the 5 D future of this Earth. If and when there are earth changes, we must know how to rise above it so to say, as it is stated in REVELATIONS – there it is called THE RAPTURE. Mother Earth can shake and roll over and flip around and she can survive. We as ascended 5 D HUmans can float over all the lower changes, as we will know how to take the higher vibrating physical body to the 5th New Earth. We as the “Wayshowers” will then be able to descend to the new earth plane to restore order and create the NEW EARTH STAR society.

“Only those who return to the values of the old ways will be able to find peace of mind. For in the Earth we shall find relief from the madness that will be all around us. Durch das Durchtrennen und Stilllegen unterschiedlicher zellularer Verbindungen seid ihr bis heute Wesenheiten, die nur sehr beschränkt an einer Gotteserfahrung teilhaben oder Gott selbst wahrnehmen können. In diesem Aspekt der „zellularen Beschränkungen“ wurde in den vergangenen 30 Jahren auf Erden viel geforscht und es wurden sehr große Fortschritte gemacht. Immer mehr Menschen haben erkannt, was ihnen vorenthalten wurde, und sie haben damit begonnen, sich in die ursprüngliche schöpferische Kraft zurückzubringen.
Mittels Meditation und durch Heilungs- und Transformationsarbeit kommen immer mehr Menschen ihrem Erweckungserlebnis näher und näher. Es ist der Tag, an dem weitere Verbindungen von euren Zellen zum kosmischen Bewusstsein, das über die Zirbeldrüse wahrgenommen wird, instand gesetzt werden. Es ist der Tag, an dem weitere „Reparatur-Arbeiten“ an eurem zellularen Wesen vorgenommen werden, damit ihr das Leben besser wahrnehmen könnt. Denn wo ein Herz offen ist, da lässt sich Gott von selbst nieder; und wo der Wille zur Heilung vorhanden ist, da wird die Heilung von selbst gegeben. Gnade wird indem verdient, indem man sich für Gott und das Göttliche öffnet, und nicht, indem man sie durch Gebete oder Fürbitten in sein Leben ziehen möchte.
Ein für das göttliche Licht verschlossenes Herz, ein für das Göttliche unempfänglicher Mensch, der über das Gebet zu Gott gelangen möchte, muss große Enttäuschungen erfahren, denn kein Gebet vermag eine Nähe, für die das Herz nicht bereit ist, herzustellen. Genauso gibt es auch keine Meditation, die einen Bewusstseinswandel hervorbringen könnte, so der Meditierende nicht auch ein Liebender ist, ein Gott Liebender und ein die Menschen Liebender. Aus dem Herzen geschehen alle Wunder, die einem multidimensionalen Wesen, das ihr seid, gerecht werden. Wusstet ihr, dass jedem Wesensteil von euch, jedem Energiekörper, ein eigenes Herz zugeordnet ist? In euch schlagen viele Herzen und es gilt sie alle nach und nach dem Licht zu öffnen; und alle diese Herzen werden jetzt in dieser Heilung vom Licht berührt und von der Liebe Gottes erfasst.
Diese Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen haben zum Ziel, euch in absehbarer Zeit an die kosmische Energie Gottes direkt anzubinden. Dann beginnt ein neues Leben und eine neue Qualität von Wissen und Bewusstsein kann abgerufen werden. Dann ist der Weg zur Erleuchtung nur noch ein kurzer und das Leben im Unwissen ist ein für alle Mal vorüber.

Geliebte Menschen, heute bedarf es des ganzen Menschen, damit die Erde ganzheitlich geheilt werden kann. Unvollständige Erkenntnisarbeit reicht heute nicht aus, um eine zutiefst kranke Menschheit zu heilen und eine in tiefster Seele verwundete Erde in die ursprüngliche Lebenskraft zurückzubringen.
Die Engel, die sich vor Äonen entschieden haben, diese Erde als Menschen zu betreten, haben damals auch die Verantwortung übernommen, dieser Erde mit Liebe und Respekt, mit Achtung und Fürsorge zu begegnen. Ein lebendiger Planet, ausgeamtet in einem Schöpfungsakt Gottes, wird niemals der Zerstörung preisgegeben und bleibt niemals sich selbst überlassen. Es gibt keine Kraft im Sein, die eine Zerstörung dieser Erde bewerkstelligen könnte, auch wenn manche Kräfte seit Langem darauf abzielen und viele Menschen dieser Spur des Unterganges folgen. Diese Erde ist Gottes Planet der Liebe und ist von einer Beschaffenheit und inneren Kraft, die jetzt, da ihr auf allen Ebenen übel mitgespielt wird, zur Geltung kommt. So sind auch die Menschen, die über Jahrtausende diesen Planeten auf unterschiedliche Weise malträtierten, jetzt an einem Punkt angelangt, an dem das Erwachen beginnt.

Was ihr für euch tut, tut ihr für alle Menschen und für die Erde. Die Seele der Erde ist verwundet, so wie eure Seelen verwundet sind. Das Herz der Erde ist verletzt, so wie eure Herzen verletzt sind. Die Erde ist auf allen Ebenen in einem kritischen Zustand, der nur indem aufzuheben ist und der Heilung zugeführt werden kann, indem sie sich jeder destruktiven Schwingung entledigt. Du kannst das durch deine hohe Eigenschwingung wirkungsvoll fördern. Denn was dem lebendigen Planeten Erde bisher fehlte, um allen Ballast abzuschütteln, ist ein ausreichendes Maß an lichtvollen und in Liebe schwingenden Menschen. Ein Mangel, der in dieser Zeit behoben wird, denn immer mehr Menschen richten ihr Leben neu aus.

Geliebter Mensch,
Jetzt, wo du dich fragst, wie kann ich dieses Ziel verwirklichen? Blicke zurück und erkenne, dass du diesen Weg vor langer Zeit beschritten hast und dass die ersten Ergebnisse sichtbar werden. Blicke zurück? Blicke auf das vergangene Jahr zurück? Was ist seither aus dir geworden? Wie hat seither deine Bewusstheit zugenommen? Was ist seither mit dir geschehen, sodass du heute ein anderer bist? Mach dir jetzt bewusst, was du bereits erreicht hast, und welchen Weg der Transformation du bereits durchmessen hast. Erkennst du dich wieder, wenn du auf die vergangenen Wochen, Monate und Jahre zurückblickst? Das alles ist das Resultat deiner bisherigen Transformationsarbeit und diese setzen wir durch unser heutiges Zusammensein im Licht zügig fort. Der Blick zurück ist immer dann notwendig, wenn Du mit dir unzufrieden bist und mit deiner Entwicklung haderst. Immer dann, wenn du meinst, dem Göttlichen fern zu sein, dann blicke zurück und erkenne in dem Erreichten das Licht, das dich dem noch zu Erwerbenden näherbringt. Im Rückblick der Ereignisse lässt sich die Gegenwart leichter zuordnen. Blicke jetzt zurück! Bist du heute der, der du gestern noch warst?
Wertvoll ist der Mensch, der Gottes Herrlichkeit auf Erden preist und der den Engeln gleich nur Frieden stiftet, Freude schafft und Licht verbreitet – und wertvoll – das bist du.
Im abschließenden Teil dieser heutigen Heilungen werden unterschiedliche Aura-Schichten, nachdem sie geheilt sind, versiegelt. Jede geheilte Ebene wird jetzt versiegelt, sodass spezifische Angriffe dort nicht mehr greifen können und dass du auf dieser Ebene nicht mehr geschwächt werden kannst. Die Umstellung deines zellularen Bewusstseins geschieht in einer dir angepassten Geschwindigkeit. Zwischen einzelnen Sitzungen muss reichlich Zeit für die Integration gegeben sein. Erst danach bist du für den nächsten Heilungsschritt bereit. In der heutigen Heilung wurdest Du auf ein neues Selbstverständnis ausgerichtet. Die heute ausgelösten energetischen Prozesse werden bei den meisten Menschen, die ihr Einverständnis dafür gaben, in den kommenden drei Tagen anhalten. So much Light is coming from the Great Central Sun to earth and flooding our cells, auras and lightbodies with light which is changing us on many levels – physically, emotionally and mentally, as the light is purifying us and we have symptoms of detoxing and release of old stuck patterns and suffering – karma. It takes much self-care, self-love and disciplin now to hold and anchor the light and deal with all the symptoms. Once that is achieved, enlightenment occurs instantly, and the confession of God is given. Today we want to further this process and enrich with new potentials for your awakening. So that you do not only represent “creator gods” on the paper, but actually raise you to such.
Still, and this is a widespread fact, most people who take every effort to promote or speed up their awareness processes have not recognized or completely eradicated significant blockages or injuries at the cellular level. This circumstance we now want to deal with effectively with the light of your heavenly siblings. It is the day when further connections from your cells to the cosmic consciousness perceived by the pineal gland are repaired. It is the day when more “repair” works are done on your cellular nature so that you can perceive life better. It is the day when you gradually transform from a rational to an intuitive being and empower you to an intuitive perception of all life. Today is the day when you create the conditions to recognize your orders intuitively and without the intermediary mind; Unrest and uncertainty fade away, clarity and orientation occur.
For this, the angels of heaven and the powers of light, the archangels and the masters, have entered this space, and they fill it with their light. The “surgeons of God” have begun with their salvation work on your different and multidimensional bodies, so that at the end of the day many things are different and so much is healed and dissolved in the light of God. Every human being works in a very individual way and proceeds in a very specific way.No man is like another, and no healing is like another.

For where a heart is open, God can be set down by itself; And where the will to healing is present, healing is given by itself. Grace is earned by opening oneself to God and the Divine, not by wishing to bring them into life through prayers or intercessions.
A heart closed to the divine light, a man who is unresponsive to the Divine, who wants to reach God through prayer, must experience great disappointments, for no prayer can establish a closeness for which the heart is not prepared. Likewise, there is no meditation that could bring about a change in consciousness, so the meditator is not a lover, a god-loving and a man-loving.From the heart all miracles happen, which will do justice to a multidimensional being that you are. Did you know that every essential part of you, every energy body, has its own heart associated with it? There are many hearts in you, and they are all open to the light; And all these hearts are now touched by the light in this healing and captured by the love of God.
These restoration measures aim to connect you directly to the cosmic energy of God in the foreseeable future. Then begins a new life and a new quality of knowledge and awareness can be retrieved. The path to enlightenment is only a short and life in ignorance is a temporary and for all.
The “Surgeon God” now do their work. Cellular strings are restored and connected as far as possible with individual readiness. Injuries from the old days, which until now have fallen undetected in your essence, are now overpowered and dissolved.The gentle connection to the sources of all life can now happen, and your open heart is the best preparation for it. As soon as a person is ready is given, as soon as a person is opened to the next step of consciousness, it can happen – and it happens to every human being according to God’s will. Different light qualities and vibration frequencies work simultaneously on your being. The Archangels and the Ascended Masters supervise this process and accompany it.

Beloved man, today the whole man is needed, so that the earth can be cured holistically. Incomplete cognition work is not enough today to heal a deeply diseased humanity and bring a earth wounded in deepest soul back into the original vitality.
The angels, who decided to enter this earth as human beings before aeons, took over the responsibility to treat this earth with love and respect, with respect and care. A living planet, relegated to God’s act of creation, is never abandoned to destruction and never left to itself. There is no power in being capable of destroying this earth, even though some forces have long been aiming at it and many people follow this trail of doom. This earth is God’s planet of love and is of a nature and inner power, which now, as you play evil at all levels, comes to the fore. Thus the people who have maltreated this planet in different ways over thousands of years are now at a point where the awakening begins.
Is that you support them in their plan to evict and evade all evil.The awakening people took over this job and every person who joins this project, is part of this great healing and this epochal process.
But how can you this earth best in this endeavor to shake off all the evil that support? Today’s healing in the grace of God does this; And you do this yourself whenever you are in harmony with the light of God. What you do for you, you do for all men and for the earth. The soul of the earth is wounded, just as your souls are wounded. The heart of the earth is hurt as your hearts are hurt.The earth is in a critical state on all levels, which can be lifted only by being able to be cured by freeing itself of every destructive vibration. You can promote this by your high natural vibrancy. For what the living planet Earth has hitherto lacked to shake off all ballast is a sufficient amount of light-filled and loving people. A defect that is remedied at this time, because more and more people are re-directing their lives.

Looking back at the past year? What has become of you since? How has your consciousness increased since then? What has happened to you since then, so that you are a different man today? Now, realize what you have already achieved, and what path of transformation you have already measured. Do you recognize yourself when you look back over the past weeks, months and years? All of this is the result of your transformation work so far and we are continuing to do so quickly through our presence today. The view back is always necessary, if you are dissatisfied with you and with your development haderst. Whenever you think you are far from the divine, look back and recognize the light that brings you closer to what is still to be acquired. In retrospect of the events, the present is more easily attributed. Look back now! Are you the one you were yesterday?

The man who praises God’s glory on earth, and who creates the peace for the angels, creates joy and spreads light – and precious – that is you.
In the final part of today’s cures, different aura layers are sealed after being healed. Each healed level is now sealed, so that specific attacks are no longer there and you can not be weakened at this level. The conversion of your cellular consciousness takes place at a speed adapted to you. There must be ample time for integration between sessions. Then you are ready for the next healing step. Sound creates geometry and then form in the physical. Our physical bodies are composed of sound and light and we have a body computer and a pineal gland that understands and reacts to vibration and frequencies. Sound contains light within it, in all the colors of the galaxy. Sound can heal and work miracles. One note can shatter a block, another note can repair and another set of notes can connect you to your soul . Each of us is a unique creation with a unique set of “Soul Codes”- in sound-light frequencies and vibrations.

If we want to understand how the material world is created and what keeps it in a perpetual motion, we need to study the language of the living energy codes of matter, which is made of light, sound, frequency and vibration. Most of us know that the material world is made of matter, but we do not understand the mechanics behind it.
Conventional science taught us that the material world came into existence by accident. If we study the science of matter deeply enough, we should eventually come to the conclusion that the material world did not occur by accident. The fact that physicists can describe the Universe using only mathematical formulas is proof that a divine being designed and created the material or external world. These formulas were not created by scientists; rather, they were rediscovered.
When we look at frequency and vibration from the perspective of the external Creation, frequency and vibration have their differences. Frequency is the cyclic pattern of scalar waves that flash “on” and “off.” The vibrational frequency rate is determined by how fast energy units (partiki) contract and expand. In physics, frequency is the number of waves that pass a fixed point in unit time.
Partiki units are the smallest building blocks of matter, even smaller than the smallest particles known to scientists. Partiki is made of units of conscious energy that act like the template upon which consciousness enters manifestation.
In physics, vibration is the “oscillating, reciprocating, or other periodic motion of a rigid or elastic body or medium forced from a position or state of equilibrium.” As for oscillation, it is “an effect expressible as a quantity that repeatedly and regularly fluctuates above and below some mean value, as the pressure of a sound wave or the voltage of an alternating current.” In simple words, it is a motion that repeats itself.
In certain spiritual teachings of energy mechanics, the process when energy contracts toward the neutral point is known as vibration, and the process when energy expands away from the neutral point is known as oscillation.
The combination of vibration and oscillation is what determines the vibrational frequency rate (cyclic pattern of scalar waves) of all things. Scalar waves are standing waves that flash “on” and “off.” This process creates energy patterns that are processed by our consciousness and DNA to create our external reality. The on and off energy pattern is very simple but yet it has infinite potential. This is the mysterious and amazing power of the intelligence of Creation.
The core structures of reality work similar to how a computer works. A computer communicates and operates through the use of binary codes, which are codes that consist of ones (on) and zeros (off). Binary codes are very simple but with the right combinations they can help computers create magnificent things.
For example, when we paint a picture using a computer software, the core state of the colors and shapes in the picture are basically made of ones and zeros. We do not see our picture as ones and zeros, because the central processing unit (CPU) and its counterparts process the binary codes as colors and shapes. The greatest thing about binary codes is that there are no limits to their combinations.
The following excerpt from Fix-Your-Computer-Today.com does a great job of explaining how binary codes work:
Binary code works by representing content (letters, symbols, colors) in a form that computers can understand. This is done by breaking the content down into a numeric system of two digits “0” and “1”. To accomplish this, computers use electrical impulses switching OFF and ON to represent these two digit numbers. This can be better understood by understanding how a computer chip works.
A computer chip is made of millions of transistors that act as switches much like a light bulb in your home. If you want light you move the switch to “ON” to allow electricity to flow through the light bulb thus giving you light, but if you switch back to “OFF” the light goes away because the electrical signal is interrupted. The switching behavior from a computer chip is similar in the sense that it can only understand two results, “ON” and “OFF”. These results correspond well with the two digits numeric system of “1” and “0” best described as binary (“1” representing “ON” and “0” representing “OFF”).
The simple process of using binary codes to create things within the hardware of computers is very similar to how Creation creates our external reality or material world. The material world works very similar to a virtual reality. At its core, the material world is made of only light (energy) that flashes on and off to create energy codes. This fundamental process that involves light flashing on and off is known as partiki phasing.
Partiki phasing creates energy patterns, which are then processed by our consciousness and DNA before we become aware of our existence in the material world. It is at this moment that we are tricked into believing that our reality is made of solid material. In reality, the material world is made of only energy patterns. This is the big secret of the Art of Creation.

Partiki are responsible for creating our external reality. It is through the dynamics of their interaction that electromagnetic fields of sound frequency and light spectra are created, and frequency and vibration are brought into being.
Frequency and vibration play very important roles in creating the structures of matter because they help organize matter, giving it appearances and uniqueness. For this reason, frequency and vibration are essential for life to exist.
The videos below do a great job of illustrating how frequency and vibration organize matter into sacred geometries and shapes. Sacred geometries are some of the building blocks of matter and therefore without them reality can not exist.

Hello Beloved Beings,
We see you living in greater accord with all that you are and finding out how good that can feel. We see you letting yourself open up to who you really want to be and how you actually want your life to go. We see you moving out of ideas of who you should be and letting those become less active in your sense of who you are, and we want to celebrate this. This is a beautiful gift to yourself, to let yourself focus on what you actually care about, what really matters to you. It’s very wonderful for us to see you just trusting yourselves and letting yourselves be who you are more and more.
We want to expand upon this in today’s message and talk a little bit about how to live in greater clarity. We’ve been talking more about clarity because alignment and particularly sovereign expanded alignment is a state of clarity.
The world around you is full of people. Each of these people and you yourself have different preferences, different things that you want. Each person has dreams, ideas about what will be the best, what will make them happy, what they can have and what they can’t have. Most of you want some things that are kind of basically the same. You want a sense of feeling safe and connected. You want some meaning in your life, some way of having enough money. Most people want a place to live and the kinds of things that make physical life comfortable and easy. Not too far beyond that you get into the truth that everybody wants really unique things.
You are drawn to the qualities of experience that speak to the signature of energy that you are and support you in being present in that coherence.
The things that you are drawn to relate inherently to who you are. This is why we so often speak about desires being like a compass. Your desires are showing you who you are and what will help you be more of who you are. This is so essential to understand. It’s also essential to understand that each and every person will have different definitions of what will for them, be success and create a sense of happiness.
The other thing all of you want to feel is capable. You want to feel capable and even more than that you want to feel free. Yes, you want to feel well in your bodies and yes, you want to feel abundant, but what you also really want that you all have in common is to feel capable and free, even though the ways you will use these qualities when you feel them will be unique.
Each of you will have different ways you will express your capacity and your freedom, different ways you will spend your money and different ways your vitality will be expressed through your living, for your joy. This is not going to change. As the world ascends, everybody’s not going to become the same. Everybody’s not going to have the same point of view on things. There is going to continue to be tremendous variety and diversity in your world and in fact it’s expanding. This is as it’s meant to be.
Furthermore, the only reason that you don’t like this diversity is when you think it limits your ability to be free and have what you want. We want to remind you that when you’re in sovereign alignment, you don’t feel like that because the higher levels within you know that no one need change one bit in order for you to be happy and have what you want, and the same is true for everyone.
No one need change for everyone to get what they want. No one needs to have less for someone else to have more.
The world is abundant and the universe is abundant and the fullness of creation is infinitely abundant, and everything you decide you want is drawn to you by your frequency and focus. As you come into resonance energetically with the experience of having what you want, then it demonstrates in your life and you have a manifestation or a realization because you’ve let it in because you’re synced up to it because everything happens through corresponding energy.
We want to repeat there’s no need for anyone to have less for anyone else to have more. Right now because of the great contrast in your world, there’s a lot of ideas about redistributing things. We want to point out to you that ideas of taking from one to give to another will not fix anything. It’s a belief in limited resources and it’s fear-based. Anyone who’s in their sovereign empowerment won’t buy into this because anyone who is in their sovereign empowerment knows there’s more than enough to go around because they’ve felt it. They felt it and they found their way into greater and lesser variations of alignment, and they know what happens when they move in and out of alignment and they know that they can have more again and again and again.
We’re talking here of anyone who is powerful in relationship to their consciousness, anyone who understands how to create using their focus and their alignment, and knows that all resources come from within.
All that manifests in the world as abundance or lack thereof is a reflection of the alignment you have and the relationship you have with the vaster you. Everyone does this. Everyone creates their life this way whether they know it or not.
The most powerful thing you can do for one another in light of this is to believe in one another.
The more you believe in one another, in your capacity, in light of all your diversity, celebrating your diversity, the more you will feel empowered to be who you really want to be and the more you’ll believe in yourself.
The more you choose to believe in the inherent well being of all life and the inherent capacity of everyone, the more you choose to see the eternalness that underlies everything, the more you remind yourself here that every expression here is a temporary manifestation of light and the more willing you are to allow the freedom to be who they are and to trust that they are doing what they need to do right now, the more you will feel free to do what you want to do right now.
You will free yourself up to focus on the light within you and cultivate your sovereign alignment, and in that state of being, your life will soar.
Each of you empowers the other to the greatest degree when you are fulfilled. You don’t empower other people by giving to other people what they don’t have from what you do have. You empower other people by helping them know their capacity, and the easiest way to do this is through demonstration. The easiest way to know something is possible is to demonstrate it.
Years ago, Meredith went to an event where people broke boards in half with their hands. One person in the group would hold the board up. It was about an inch thick, a pine board like a size of a notebook sheet of paper, and the other person would put their palm on it and pull their arm back and then try to break the board.
Initially, no one was breaking the board, and then — they were in small groups – when one person broke the board, suddenly everybody knew they could break the board because they had seen someone who couldn’t do it, do it. Then Meredith broke the board. She knew the minute she saw someone else do it, she knew she could do it. This is how things work in life in embodiment.
By demonstrating, you pave the way, so by demonstrating a life of clarity through your own alignment and coherence, and by that becoming more familiar and more present in your world through the way you’re living, you make it more possible for others to believe they can live that way too.
When you are in sovereign alignment, you’re innately clear. You are in your knowing and you are in order energetically. You are tapped into the insights and knowing that are for you, now, and living in the now with that knowing, life becomes really uplifted. You start to feel lighter, more carefree. You experience a continually enjoyable unfolding.
You can have that wonderful experience but you have to give yourself permission to stop feeling that it depends on anybody else or that you can’t have it until other people do.
The more you make your sovereign alignment your focus, the more you demonstrate and pave the way for others. The way to do this is simply to make more decisions throughout your day to return to a state of expanded alignment. You do this by choosing to think thoughts that feel good and by choosing to feel good.
One of the things that will most help you feel and know the freedom, the clarity, the well being and abundance that is your true state is to want it more. By this, we mean be less willing to feel less than good. Be less willing to feel crappy. Be less willing to let depressed energetic states linger. Be more attentive to the way you feel and attend more urgently attend to your vibration when you realize you’re off.
The shorter the gap between when you feel good and when you don’t, the more momentum you have and the more you’re in a state in which the infinite intelligence of life can play its role in your embodiment delivering to you that which you enjoy. You can just let it in, let it in, let it in, let it in.
In your joy, you’re demonstrating what’s possible and what the world needs now is demonstrations of what’s possible with ease and grace. Demonstrations of what’s possible from a state of authentic self-alignment, and in your joy you will pave the way for more joy, not just for yourself, but for others.
In receiving what makes you smile and gives you delight and fits you in your uplifted state, your confidence and your capacity will grow. By looking at how far you’ve come, you will see how much potential you all have, not just you, but everybody. Then the dance between vision and creating, and vision and creating the ever expanding experience which is fueled by your decisions and your choices of focus being choices for alignment, become reliable and steady for you.
You will always encounter contrast in this world, and that contrast becomes a means of expansion. It is not at odds with what you want to be.
In a world where there’s tremendous variety, all kinds of things make it clear to you what you more you want. What you want that isn’t yet here – that’s what it’s all about, the contrast. It’s about having the stimulus that makes you want more because in the wanting more, you choose more. When you choose more and allow more, you expand. You come into more alignment and you allow the flow of all you are to enter your embodiment in ever-expanding ways.
The feeling of capacity and well being and freedom and connection and joy become more and more the norm for you and there is and will be, still more expansion.
Yet the steadiness of coherence and clarity will become how you know yourself, who you think you are, and in that knowing you are quite literally discovering yourself as soul.
