VIOLET FIRE OF THE 7 TH RAY – ST GERMAIN 

THE VIOLET FLAME – is a transmuting sacred fire and it is used for forgiveness to dissolve discordant energies and transmute all into love. It is a spiraling fire.

The Flame had been upgraded a few times, from the Flame to the “FIRE”with the feminine silver Ray infused into it in 1994 approximately. Recently it was upgraded with Solar Golden Crystaline  Rays, as the Solar Crystaline Violet Fire.

One can combine it as well with the Emerald Fire to transmute and then heal all.

What Is The Violet Flame and How Can It Help You?

Have you heard about the Violet Flame? This is a frequency of energy, vibration, and consciousness that is flowing into the mental and emotional strata of Earth through the all-encompassing Divine Matrix of our Father-Mother God. This Gift of Sacred Fire is flowing in, through, and around every particle of Life on Earth and it has the amazing ability to transmute into Light the negativity that is being pushed to the surface in our individual lives and in the lives of people who are suffering all over the world.

The catch is, that in order for this powerful Gift of Light to accomplish this mission the Sons and Daughters of God abiding on Earth must give it permission to do so. We have the gift of free will, and through the misuse of our thoughts, words, actions, feelings, and beliefs we have either deliberately or inadvertently created the maladies existing on Earth. This means that you and I and every other person on Earth are responsible for transmuting the pain and suffering we have created throughout our various Earthly sojourns.

The Universal Law is, “The Call for assistance must come from the realm where the assistance is needed.” Our God Parents and the Company of Heaven cannot just wave a wand and transmute our human miscreations back into Light. However, if the Sons and Daughters of God abiding on Earth invoke the Violet Flame and ask that Sacred Fire to transmute into Light every thought, word, action, feeling, or belief we have ever expressed, in any time frame or dimension that has contributed to the pain and suffering on Earth, the Floodgates of Heaven will open in response to our heartfelt pleas.

The Beings of Light in the Realms of Illumined Truth have revealed that in this year of 2012,  through the unified efforts of awakening Humanity and the Company of Heaven, we have reached a critical mass of collective consciousness that is allowing the Earth to receive higher and infinitely more powerful frequencies of the Violet Flame than we have ever been able to withstand. This Sacred Fire is known in the Realms of Cause as the 5th-Dimensional Solar Violet Flame of God’s Infinite Perfection.

The Company of Heaven said this frequency of the Violet Flame has the ability to transmute lifetimes worth of our misqualified energy in “the twinkling of an eye.”  That is wonderful, because we are in the midst of the greatest purging and cleansing process the world has ever known. As Humanity awakens and the Light of God increases on Earth, everything that conflicts with God’s Light is being pushed to the surface to be healed and transmuted back into Light. Fortunately, in order to benefit from the Violet Flame you do not have to fully comprehend or even accept that the Violet Flame is real. All you have to do is think of it as a possibility, then ask your I AM Presence to utilize the 5th-Dimensional Solar Violet Flame of God’s Infinite Perfection to transmute everything that is causing pain and suffering in your life, in the lives of Humanity, or in the experience of any other facet of Life on Earth. The Violet Flame is scientific to the letter, and it will respond instantly to the invocation of every person’s I AM Presence. During the month of May this year, 2012, Saint Germain in unison with the Legions of Light throughout Infinity who are associated with the Violet Flame, magnetized from the very Heart of our Father-Mother God the most intensified 5th-Dimensional Solar Violet Flame that Humanity and Mother Earth are capable of withstanding.

The Beings of Light breathed this unprecedented frequency of the Violet Flame into the Divine Matrix of our Father-Mother God and it is now flowing in, through, and around every particle of Life on Earth. The Divine Intelligence within this Sacred Fire is patiently awaiting the opportunity to transmute Humanity’s miscreations and every malady existing on Earth back into Light. Our Father-Mother God have assured us that each time we invoke this new 5th-Dimensional Solar frequency of the Violet Flame through our I AM Presence, it will expand exponentially. This will allow us to quickly transmute the negativity that is being pushed to the surface all over the world. Saint Germain has assured us that this greatly empowered 5th-Dimensional Solar Violet Flame will accelerate the awakening taking place on the planet and catapult Humanity up the Spiral of Evolution into frequencies of harmony and balance beyond anything we have ever experienced.

 

When we invoke the Violet Flame through our I AM Presence, we give permission for this Sacred Fire to enter our lives. The Violet Flame then flows through our Silver Cord into our Crown Chakra, then it descends into the Immortal Victorious Threefold Flame in our heart. When the Violet Fire enters our Heart Flame, it is stamped with our unique, individual electronic Light pattern. After that is accomplished, it awaits direction from our I AM Presence.

For example, if we are interested in transmuting the obsolete patterns of poverty consciousness that we developed over many lifetimes through our belief in lack and limitation, we simply ask the Violet Flame to accomplish that goal. This can be done through a simple invocation. For example:

“I AM my Beloved I AM Presence, invoking the full power of the 5th-Dimensional Solar Violet Flame to transmute cause, core, effect, record, and memory every thought, feeling, word, action, or belief I have ever expressed in any time frame or dimension, both known and unknown, that reflects poverty consciousness or lack and limitation of any kind.”

With that invocation, the 5th-Dimensional Solar Violet Flame immediately goes into action. It blazes forth from our Heart Flame, stamped with our own electronic Light pattern. It travels through the atmosphere of Earth and expands out into the Universe. On its journey, it seeks out and magnetizes to itself every electron of energy vibrating with a frequency of poverty, lack, or limitation that is stamped with the same electronic Light pattern.

No matter how dense the frequency of poverty is that cloaks the energy we misqualified during our many lifetimes, there is still a core of purity in every electron that contains its original Divine Potential. This means that within every electron manifesting as poverty there is still, pulsating within its core, the Divine Potential of God’s Infinite Abundance. Within every electron manifesting as hatred there is still the Divine Potential of God’s Infinite Love. Within every electron of war there is still the Divine Potential of Eternal Peace. Within every electron of disease there is still the Divine Potential of Vibrant Health.

Once the Violet Flame engulfs the misqualified energy that is stamped with our electronic Light pattern, it penetrates into the core of purity in each electron and activates the Divine Potential that is encoded there. As the Divine Potential of God’s Infinite Abundance is activated within every electron of our poverty consciousness, the atomic and subatomic particles and waves within the electrons begin to spin more rapidly on their axis. The centrifugal force of this acceleration casts the dark frequencies of poverty, lack, and limitation into the Violet Flame. The Violet Fire instantly consumes the frequencies of poverty and transmutes them back into the frequency of God’s Infinite Abundance.

When the transmuting process feels complete, we must then ask our I AM Presence to fill the void where the frequencies of poverty existed with the patterns of perfection from our new Planetary Cause of Divine Love and our newly birthed Renaissance of Divine Love.

The Violet Flame can transmute anything we want to heal or transform in our individual lives or on the planet. It can transmute back into Light anything that is not reflecting the love, harmony, and balance of Heaven on Earth. All we have to do is invoke the Violet Flame into action through our I AM Presence.

When invoking the Violet Flame, we can work on specific issues in our lives, tackle global problems, or create an invocation that covers the gamut of problems manifesting on Earth. In that case, we can use the invocation as a mantra and be an instrument of the 5th-Dimensional Solar Violet Flame any time and any place. For example, a simple invocation might be:

“I AM my Beloved I AM Presence, invoking the full power of the 5th-Dimensional Solar Violet Flame to transmute cause, core, effect, record, and memory every thought, feeling, word, action, or belief Humanity and I have ever expressed in any time frame or dimension, both known and unknown, that reflects anything less than the infinite perfection of God’s Divine Love.”

By memorizing a simple affirmation like this, we can say it frequently throughout the day. Then we will be a constant force of the Violet Flame wherever we are and whatever we are doing.

Occasionally, people invoke the Violet Flame without seeing the results in the outer world as quickly as they would like to see them. This gives them the erroneous impression that the Violet Flame is not working. That is never the case! The Violet Flame is a gift of Divine Light that works scientifically to the letter each and every time it is invoked by the I AM Presence. The moment you reach a critical mass of the Violet Flame in your Life there will be an unstoppable shift and whatever you are invoking will manifest in your life. The Key is to “Keep on keeping on!” The Violet Flame is infinitely more powerful than the fragmented, fear-based miscreations of your past. Remember, you have the ability to transmute hundreds of lifetimes worth of negativity “in the twinkling of an eye.” Know that the Light of God is ALWAYS Victorious, and YOU are that Light.

Geschätzte Leser, Liebe Freunde,

was wir heute benötigen sind Orientierung, göttliche
Führung und Stabilität im Inneren. Dies erreichen wir
durch konsequente Transformations- und Erkenntnisarbeit,
sowie durch die wirkungsvolle Unterstützung unserer
himmlischen Familien aus den feinstofflichen Reichen.
Dabei werden Erkenntnisse nicht nur im Wachbewusstsein

geboren, sondern werden zu einem Gutteil auch während
unserer Schlafphasen vermittelt, abgerufen und kreiert.
Das muss uns nicht immer bewusst sein und ist dennoch
die Wirklichkeit, die uns unseren Alltag verstehen, unsere
Aufgaben sehen und unseren einmaligen Wert auf dieser
Welt begreifen lässt.

Mit folgender Veröffentlichung aus dem Buch
„Telos-Willkommen in Agartha“ möchte ich all jene Leser,
die auf diese Möglichkeit selten oder gar nicht zugreifen,
gerne darauf hinweisen und an dieser Stelle daran erinnern.
Denn in diesen fordernden Tagen gilt es konstant mit ausreichend Lebensenergie versorgt zu bleiben und den allzu menschlichen „Schwächeanfällen“, auf geeignete Weise zu begegnen.

Manchmal nehme ich dieses Geschenk als neue Geburt

Botschaft von SERAPIS BEY 

Augapfel der Menschheit
Seit dem Untergang von Atlantis lodert die Aufstiegsflamme

unentwegt! Die weiß-goldene Flamme der Reinheit und des

Aufstiegs wird gehütet wie der Augapfel der Menschheit.

Niemals ist diese heilige Flamme erloschen, niemals wird

diese Flamme erlöschen, da sie einem einzigen Zweck dient:

Alle Menschen, welche Wege sie auch immer gehen mögen,

wohlbehütet in der fünften Dimension des Seins zu verankern!

Ich bin SERAPIS BEY und mit mir haben eine große Zahl von

Heiligen und Weisen, Meistern und Wissenden die Hüterschaft der Aufstiegsflamme nach den Ereignissen von Atlantis übernommen.

Diese Flamme des ewigen Lebens wurde an unsere Geschwister

aus Telos weitergereicht, damit wir als unbezwingbare Einheit eine

für alle niederen Aspekte des Lebens undurchlässige Wirklichkeit

erzeugen, währenddessen diese heilige Flamme der Liebe

ungehindert ihren Dienst an der Menschheit verrichten kann.

Ich bin SERAPIS BEY, der Hüter der Aufstiegsflamme auf allen

Ebenen ihres Wirkens. Ausgehend von LUXOR, meiner energetischen

Heimat, dem Ort, an dem ich mich mit meinem Licht verankert habe,

wirkt die Flamme der Liebe weit über diese Welt hinaus.

Heute erinnere ich euch daran, heute erinnere ich euch an dieses

Geschenk, das der Schöpfer euch hinterließ und das wir zu hüten

gekommen sind. Es ist eure Fahrkarte in den Himmel, der Aktivator

eures Lichtkörpers, damit ihr die Lichtreiche betreten könnt. 

Goldene Flamme

Die ursprünglich weiße Flamme des Aufstiegs, das göttliche Licht,

aus dem alle Spektren des Lichts, alle Lichtqualitäten, je nach

Situation und Angemessenheit hervortreten, wurde mit dem

vorrangig goldenen Strahl ergänzt. Je nach Bedarf und Notwendigkeit

nimmt zunächst der goldene Strahl der Heilung seine Arbeit auf, ehe

dieser zurücktritt und sich das weiße göttliche Licht in seiner ganzen

Kraft entfaltet. Das goldene Licht ist nötig, damit ihr Schritt für Schritt

erhoben werdet und euch einschwingen könnt. Mit dieser Lichtqualität

beginnen eure Prozesse des Aufstiegs, ehe sich das weiße göttliche

Licht in eurem Wesen ausbreiten und dort heilend wirken kann. 

Weiße Flamme

Der reine weiße Aufstiegsstrahl der Liebe sendet bei der ersten

Begegnung mit einem bereiten Menschen das goldene Licht aus

und beginnt mit der Verwandlung eines Wesens. Nach und nach

verändert sich die Schwingung und sie wird angehoben, bis dieser

Strahl vom göttlich-weißen Licht und der umfassenden Kraft der Aufstiegsflamme des ewigen Lebens ersetzt wird.

Der goldene Strahl des Aufstiegs ist somit die erste Brücke in

das Licht und diese Brücke wird entfernt, sobald ihr die ersten

Erkenntnisse verankert habt und sobald euer Weg in das Licht

unumkehrbar ist. 

Erinnerung kehrt zurück

Heute erinnere ich euch daran, dass ihr euch direkt mit dieser

Energie, der Flamme der Liebe, verbinden könnt und dass ihr

dies unter allen Umständen regelmäßig tun sollt. Wenn euer

Aufstieg eure Herzensangelegenheit ist, dann kommt!

Kokettiert ihr nur damit, dann bleibt bitte dieser Flamme fern –

eure Zeit ist noch nicht gekommen. Weitere Hilfen dazu sind

bereits gegeben und werden vom Lichtwelt-Portal aus zu den

Menschen gebracht. Die großen Atlanter, die großen Lemurier,

die ihr seid, sehnen sich nach diesem ewigen Feuer, nach der

Flamme der Erkenntnis. Heute wird eure Erinnerung daran

aufgefrischt. 

Luxor und Telos

Heute könnt ihr diese Flamme der Heilung beanspruchen.

Tut es, indem ihr darum bittet, in euren Schlafphasen zu den

Aufstiegstempeln, die die Aufstiegsflamme lebendig halten,

gebracht zu werden. Es wird geschehen, denn ihr werdet

euer Lichtschiff, den Lichtkörper, betreten und in die

Aufstiegstempel von Luxor oder in die Aufstiegstempel

von Telos gebracht – und nach einigen Heilungen, die

dieses Licht bewirkt, werdet ihr sehr bald neugeboren sein.

Dies ist kein Versprechen sondern eine Tatsache, die allen

Menschen begegnet, die sich auf die Wirkungsweise der

Aufstiegsflamme bedingungslos einlassen; und das bedeutet:

1.) Jeden Widerstand, sich von alten Verhaltensmustern

und Glaubenssätzen zu lösen, aufzugeben.

2.) Jede Unschärfe in der Wahrnehmung der Welt und

der Zeit abzulegen.

3.) Jeden Kompromiss abzulehnen, denn Kompromisse bedeuten

Stagnation und sind eines erwachenden Meisters unwürdig.

4.) Jede Ungeduld aufzulösen und sich ganz auf das Jetzt

auszurichten.

5.) Jeden Zweifel an der Wurzel erkennen und diesen

entlassen, wie einen Diener, der euch nicht mehr dienen kann.

Wollt ihr mit dem Aufstieg ganz verriegeln und eins werden,

dann müsst ihr diesem alles unterordnen, dann müsst ihr bereit

sein, alles dafür einzusetzen. Der größte Einsatz ist dann gegeben,

so ihr bereit seid, euch selbst neu zu erfinden, euch selbst neu zu

denken, euch selbst neu auszurichten und von jedem alten Denken,

Fühlen und Handeln, das durch die Begrenzungen der Raumzeit

geprägt ist, abzulassen; und das zu erkennen, ist die vorrangigste

Aufgabe eines wahren Adepten des Lichts:

Bedingungslos sein, schonungslos erkennen und in der

Selbstliebe und im Mitgefühl zu allem Leben aufzugehen.

Die Erinnerung an eure Herkunft wird nun in euch aktiviert.

Es ist Zeit, sich auf den weiß-goldenen Aufstiegsstrahl, der

in LUXOR und in TELOS für alle Menschen gehütet wird und

der sich über den ganzen Planeten feinstofflich und verdichtet

ausbreitet, einzuschwingen.

Haltet Ausschau nach den effektivsten Mitteln, um euren

Aufstieg zu erwirken. Hier ist euch ein Tor eröffnet und

weitere Werkzeuge werden euch übergeben.
Es ist die Aufstiegsflamme des ewigen Lebens, die 

alles bewirkt – unübertroffen in der Gnade Gottes, 

unerreicht in der Wirkung für die Menschen.

Kommt! Wir erwarten euch im Licht! 

Die letzte Reise eines Menschen, ehe er entrückt 

wird und aufsteigt, endet dort, wo sie einst begann: 

Im Herzen dieser Welt und im Aufstiegstempel 

deines Ursprungs. Denn dein Aufstiegstempel 

war gleichzeitig auch dein Abstiegsportal, 

durch das du diese Welt vor Äonen betreten hast. 

Alles kehrt zu seinem Ursprung zurück.

sind erfüllt, euer Sein hat sich vollendet.

Das Leben arbeitet für und nicht gegen dich!
In dieser Erkenntnis liegen der Ursprung des  
Glücks und die Quelle innerer Freude.

Dieser Wahrheit wollen wir uns jetzt öffnen, schließlich

möchtest du, der du zu dieser Botschaft geführt wurdest,

dein Leben bleibend mit Freude, mit Frieden und Liebe erfüllen.

Am Pfad der Bewusstwerdung werden Irrtümer erkannt, wird

Unbewusstes bewusst und es ergreift nach und nach der Große

Geist der Liebe Gottes von der Seele Besitz. Neugeboren sein, wiederauferstehen, sich transformieren, sind einige Begriffe,

die beschreiben,  worum es in einer menschlichen Existenz

seit jeher geht: heimkehren in das Licht und zurückkehren

in die göttliche Wirklichkeit.

Geliebte Menschen,

betrachten wir jetzt ein weiteres Hindernis auf den Weg

zu einem glücklichen und freudvollen Leben – ein Hindernis,

das, einer Fehlprogrammierung gleich, zu manchem Trugschluss

führt und euch zu Fehlannahmen über die Energie des Lebens

verleitet. Wenden wir uns der Meinung oder dem Glauben zu,

das Leben käme euch ablehnend entgegen oder stünde euch

feindlich gesinnt gegenüber. Betrachten wir jenes eingefahrene

Muster, das euch glauben ließ, ihr hättet es auf dieser Welt vor

allem mit Gegnern, Widersachern, Störfeldern oder generell mit

Widerstand, der euch am Fortkommen hindert und sich gegen

euer eigenes Wohl richtet, zu tun.

Wenn Gott abwesend ist, was dann?

Manchmal, so fühlen viele von euch, seht ihr euch von dunklen

Mächten umzingelt und ein Entkommen scheint kaum möglich.

Manchmal, so fühlen viele von euch, glaubt ihr das Leben selbst

richte sich gegen euch, arbeitet gegen euch und eure Verwirklichung

sei weiter entfernt als ein noch nicht geträumter Traum.

Manchmal, und auch das empfinden viele von euch, entzieht

sich euch die göttliche Fülle und göttliche Gnade vollständig:

der „Neue“ Morgen scheint in unerreichbare Ferne gerückt

und das Goldene Zeitalter reines Wunschdenken.

Manchmal gibt es Tage, an denen ihr das Göttliche nirgendwo

zu finden glaubt, es in niemandem erblicken könnt und wo es

sich euch gänzlich zu entziehen droht.

Es sind Tage der Verzweiflung und Momente, in denen ihr

meint, die Abwesenheit Gottes und nicht Seine Allgegenwart

sei die Wirklichkeit auf dieser Welt und in eurem Leben.

Wenn Gott abwesend ist, was dann? Wie kann Gott in euer Leben

und auf die Welt zurückkehren? Wie könnt ihr euer Bewusstsein

schärfen und euch auf die Allgegenwart Gottes konstant

einschwingen? Warum ist die Schwere und sind Lasten,

Schmerzen und Leid omnipräsent, während sich die Leichtigkeit

des Seins nur flüchtig einstellt? Wodurch kann dieser Zustand

beendet und euer Alltagsbewusstsein vollständig vom Göttlichen

durchdrungen werden und erfüllt bleiben?

Denn darum geht es: um euer Alltagsbewusstsein.

Es ist nicht die einzelne Meditation, in der ihr euch aufschwingt,

und fern von dieser Welt aus den Reichen des Lichts Kraft,
Energie und Wissen schöpft, die Gegenstand dieser Heilung
und Erkenntnisarbeit ist, sondern es ist euer Alltagsbewusstsein,
dem es hier und jetzt die höchste Aufmerksamkeit zu schenken
gilt. 

Es geht darum, dass euch der Alltag gelingt! 

Denn nur ein gelungener Alltag, indem ihr die 

vielen kleinen Situationen und Ereignisse direkt 

mit dem Wirken Gottes verknüpfen könnt, führt 

zu einem erfüllten Leben.

Ein gelungener Alltag basiert immer auf der Fähigkeiten eines

Menschen, Gott unmittelbar zu erfahren, sowie in allen Menschen

und in jedem Ereignis Gott erkennen zu können. Sobald dein

Bewusstsein auf dieser Ebene verankert ist, wird dein Blick auf

diese Welt liebevoll und bleibt er es, wird deine Wahrnehmung

friedlich und sie bleibt es – es nehmen Fehlannahmen ab und

Schreiten wir zur Praxis.

Gehen wir dem Glaubenssatz, auf den es in dieser Heilung

ankommt, auf den Grund, damit euch ein weiterer Schlüssel

des Lebens in der Fülle Gottes überreicht werden kann.

Warum also denken so viele Menschen, immer wenn Ereignisse

eintreten, die sie sich nicht erklären können oder die unangenehme

Folgen zeitigen, Gott sei abwesend? Warum erkennen die Menschen

nicht, dass ihnen Gott in größter Not am nächsten ist? Wie ist es

möglich, der Not generell zu entkommen? Wodurch kann der

Zyklus der Leiderfahrungen beendet und wie können die Täler

der Tränen für immer überwunden werden? Wie ist es für dich

jetzt möglich, auf allen Ebenen keinerlei Schmerzen mehr zu

erfahren?

Das Geheimnis ist: Sagt bedingungslos JA zu allem,

was ist. Sagt JA zu jedem Moment eures Lebens und seid euch

vor allem bei jenen Ereignissen, die sich eurer Logik entziehen,

für die ihr keinerlei Erklärungen habt, immer bewusst:

DAS UNIVERSUM UND GOTT ARBEITEN FÜR DICH!

Hebt euer Bewusstsein dann, wenn ihr in Hoffnungslosigkeit

oder Mutlosigkeit abdriftet, bewusst an. Bleibt konstant in

euren lichtvollen Energien, vor allem dann, wenn lichtarme

Lebensumstände in eure Nähe rücken. Denn erst aus dieser

Position könnt ihr das Licht, das jedem Ereignis innewohnt,

wahrnehmen. 

Jeder Mensch, der sich ganz auf Gott ausrichtet und

ganz auf Gott vertraut, muss sich heute bewusst werden, 

dass Gott und das Universum niemals gegen ihn, sondern 

IMMER für ihn arbeiten.

Dieses Bewusstsein verändert eure Lebensenergie und versetzt

euch in die Lage, ausnahmslos jeder Situation mit Weisheit zu

begegnen. Dieses Bewusstsein lässt euer göttliches Bewusstsein

hervortreten und – fernab von menschlichen Konditionierungen –

seine Heil bringende Wirkung entfalten. Voreilige Rückschlüsse

sind zumeist Kurzschlüsse und bringen euch weder weiter noch

halten sie euch auf dem liebevollen Weg.

Perspektive des Beobachters

Verinnerlicht die Haltung, dass ihr bei jedem Ungemach sofort

die Beobachterrolle einnehmt! Betrachtet die Situationen, die

euch selbst betreffen, aus übergeordneter Perspektive. Das

erfordert etwas Übung, einen wachen Geist und das tiefe

innere Verlangen, die Ebene der Dramen wirklich verlassen

zu wollen. Ist deine Sehnsucht nach Gott erst stark genug,

dann ereignet sich diese Verwandlung ganz leicht; sie ist

natürlich und geschieht wie von selbst. Hast du diese Ebene

der Betrachtung verinnerlicht, dann kann dich nichts, absolut

nichts mehr aus der Bahn werfen.

Bitte übe dich darin, damit du „Gutes“ oder „Schlechtes“

als Souverän und nicht als ein verängstigtes und in

Mitleidenschaft gezogenes Wesen erfahren kannst. 

Du bist dann ein Schöpfer deiner Umstände und deines 

Glücks, wenn du dem Universum und Gott die Gelegenheit 

gibst, für dich zu sorgen.

Das bedeutet, ungünstige Umstände aus dem Blickwinkel des

höheren Bewusstseins zu betrachten und sich nicht durch Zorn

und Wut in den Strudel negativer Emotionen ziehen zu lassen.

Wie aber arbeiten Gott und das Universum für dich?

Indem es dir alle Fügungen zukommen lässt, die für deine

Involution bedeutend sind! Du musst Gott nicht immer verstehen,

Gott versteht dich, du musst die Ereignisse nicht immer gutheißen,

sie dienen dennoch dir; und du musst nicht sofort den tiefen Sinn

eines Umstandes erkennen, da sich dir dieser immer zur rechten

Zeit von selbst erschließt. 

Verinnerliche: Das Leben, Gott und das Universum dienen 

Dir. Ausnahmslos immer wirst Du in allem, was deine 

Bewusstwerdung fördert, von der Urquelle allen Seins 

unterstützt.

Heute ist es an der Zeit, dass du dich von der Illusion,

das Leben sei dir gegenüber feindlich eingestellt oder

das Leben arbeite gegen dich, verabschiedest.

Heute ist es an der Zeit, dass du dem Universum signalisierst,

dass du bereit bist, auf gänzlich neue Art und Weise Wohl oder

Übel, Licht oder Schatten, Gut oder Böse zu betrachten. 

Ausnahmslos immer ist das Universum bereit, alles, 

was deiner Entfaltung förderlich ist und deinen 

Erkenntnisprozessen dient, freizusetzen.

Diese Wahrheit soll sich jetzt tief in dir verankern, denn

dadurch veränderst du das Energiefeld in dir selbst.

Ein Energiefeld, das auf das Vertrauen auf ALLES-WAS-IST

ausgerichtet ist, zieht Umstände an, die am Ende immer

erhebend, Glück bringend und über alle Maßen erfüllend sind.

An dieser Stelle ist eine „Schubumkehr“ im Denken, im

Empfinden und im Handeln angezeigt und an dieser Stelle

wollen wir jetzt gemeinsam für eine kurze Zeit in Stille verweilen.

Zeit der Angst ist vorüber!

Es ist wahr, dunkle Mächte hatten diese Erde im Griff
und bösartige Wesenheiten sorgten für großes Leid und
Elend unter den Menschen. Das Elixier des Teufels wurde
dem Menschen eingeflößt: die Angst.

Sie machte sich auf allen Ebenen breit und durchzog, mit
den bekannten Folgeerscheinungen, die ganze menschliche
Gesellschaft. Der einsame Weg des Menschen fernab von
Gott war beschritten.

Diese Zeit ist jetzt vorüber! Ein für alle Mal vorbei!

Das Erscheinen Babajis – als Mensch unter Menschen – hat

die Umkehr der Menschheit eingeleitet. Das wiederholte

leibhaftige Erscheinen des Meisters aller Meister, Gott selbst,

hat ein Ausmaß an Gnade freigesetzt – sodass heute von der

Auferstehung des Menschen und der Geburt der neuen Erde

gesprochen werden kann. Des Weiteren stiegen zu allen Zeiten

hohe Meister auf die Erde und ins Fleisch hinab, um das Feuer

der Erkenntnis und die Sehnsucht nach Gott in den Herzen

der Menschen lebendig zu halten.

Allmählich taten sich neue Tore auf und neue Wege wurden

erschlossen; der einzelne Mensch begann zu begreifen und

immer mehr Menschen traten aus ihrem Schatten heraus in

das Licht. Eine neue Ära für die Menschheit war eingeläutet

und diese Ära führt uns jetzt mit großer Geschwindigkeit

direkt in das euch von Gott versprochene aber von euch

selbst kreierte Goldene Zeitalter – und das Ausmaß der

Veränderungen ist wahrlich Ehrfurcht gebietend.

So bleibt kein Stein auf dem anderen und erst recht wird

nach den globalen und planetaren Umstellungen kein Mensch

mehr sein, wie er einst wahr. Kein Mensch, kein Tier, keine

Pflanze, kein Stein – jedes Leben ist in die kosmischen und

planetaren Ereignisse dieser individuellen und universellen

Transformation involviert.

Heute dürft ihr einen neuen Weg einschlagen und ein neues

Buch aufmachen. Für immer tretet ihr aus der alten Welt

heraus und in die neue Welt hinein; eine Welt, die vom

Licht Gottes und von der Liebe aller Wesen untereinander

erfüllt ist.

Diesen Status gilt es sich jetzt bewusst zu machen:

nicht einmal, nicht zweimal, sondern während des

Alltags in jedem Moment bewusst zu bleiben und

sich darauf einzuschwingen. 

Die Welt wird anders, nachdem du anders 
geworden bist.

Das ist jeder Weisheit Anfang. So du diesen Weg gehen

möchtest, so du der Aufforderung, die in dieser Botschaft

liegt, aus ganzem Herzen nachkommen willst – dann komm.

Du musst dein Leben neu ausrichten, dann wird es werden

wie ein Fest, und wird es werden pure Freude, die dich

niemals wanken lässt.

Wisse: Sobald dein ganzes Wesen auf die Fülle 
Gottes eingeschwungen ist, beginnt die neue 
Energie sichtbare Ergebnisse hervorzubringen.

Vielfältige Transformationsprozesse der vergangenen
Zeiten haben euch jetzt auf die Plattform, auf der diese
Neuausrichtung möglich wird, gebracht.

Herkunft von „Glück“ und „Unglück“

Denn bis die vielen Fehlprogrammierungen, Meinungen und

Glaubenssätze aus dem konditionierten menschlichen Verstand

getilgt sind, ist es ein weiter Weg. Bis ein Mensch an die Quelle

allen Lebens erneut vollständig angebunden ist und die Herkunft

von „Glück“ wie „Unglück“ kennt, ist es ein weiter Weg und es

vergehen Äonen in der Zeit. Diese Wegstrecke habe viele von

euch zurückgelegt und so sind viele von euch heute in der Lage,

das Alltagsbewusstsein auf eine ganz neue Ebene anzuheben und

dadurch dem Leben eine neue Qualität und tiefen Sinn zu verleihen.

Ihr seid dabei, euch für die Wahrheit, dass das Leben für euch

arbeitet, zu öffnen – und ihr fasst Vertrauen in den unerschöpflichen

Fluss reiner göttlicher Energie. Jetzt beginnen sich eure Tage zu

verwandeln und ihr habt die Macht, mit neuen Augen auf die alte

Welt zu blicken. 

Deine Bewusstheit ist der Ursprung jeder Veränderung.

Auf diese Stufe der Erkenntnis werdet ihr alles, was die jetzige

Zeit mit sich bringt, auf geeignete Weise wahrnehmen. Sobald

ihr von höherer Ebene aus auf diese Welt blickt, verlieren die

Ereignisse ihren Schrecken und die Gegenwart Gottes kann in

allem und jedem wahrgenommen werden. Es geht um deine

Rückkehr in das Licht – und diese Rückkehr kannst du in dieser

Lebenspanne, im Gegensatz zu vielen deiner Leben davor,

verwirklichen. Unabdingbar ist dabei dein Vertrauen in das
Leben.
So, wie dein Leben jetzt ist, gilt es, der Fürsorge Gottes zu

vertrauen, denn ungünstige wie günstige Fügungen bringen

dich immer voran und stiften tiefen Sinn.

Verkünde dem Universum jetzt deinen Willen.

Lass von nun an das „Gesetz der Schöpfung“ für dich

arbeiten und öffne dich für die hier dargelegte Wahrheit.

GÖTTLICHES BEWUSSTSEIN UND LEBENDIGER TEIL

VON GOTT, BIN BEREIT, DAS UNIVERSELLE GESETZ,

Gott näherzukommen.

Wie ist diese neue Energie zu halten?

Was könnt ihr tun, um aus diesem Gewahrsein

niemals hinauskippen?

Verlasst die Ebene von Vergangenheit und Zukunft in

eurem Denken! Verlasst die Ebene von Vergangenheit
und Zukunft in eurem Fühlen. Verlasst die Ebene von
Vergangenheit und Zukunft in euren Handlungen. 

Befreit euch von allen Gedanken, die euch an Vergangenes 

binden, und von Fixierungen eure Zukunft betreffend.

Das Jetzt ist der Schlüssel. Steigt direkt in den Augenblick
ein. Bleibt vor allem dann im tiefen Vertrauen, wenn sich
euch der Sinn eines Ereignisses noch entzieht. Mache dir
bewusst, dass es genau dieser Moment ist, der dir jetzt
dient, der dich jetzt mit allem versorgt, der dir jetzt
gegeben ist, damit du voranschreiten kannst. 

Meditation:

1.) Schließe die Augen.

2.) Richte deine ganze Aufmerksamkeit auf deine Atmung.

Atme durch die Nase ruhig und gleichmäßig ein und aus.

3.) Sobald du in der Stille bist, nimm die Situation

vollkommen an und schließe Frieden damit. Sprich:

„Ich vertraue in Gott. Das Leben arbeitet jetzt für mich.“

4.) Konzentriere dich auf deine Atmung.

5.) Öffne die Augen – du bist im Hier und Jetzt

und hast das Vertrauen in ALLES-WAS-IST wiedererlangt.

Sobald du das Bewusstsein, dass du immer von allem 
umsorgt und von allem, was dir dient, umgeben bist,
erlangt hast, ist die ständige Anbindung an die Urquelle 
allen Seins gegeben.

Was aber ist mit jenen dunklen Energien, die sich heute

entladen und vor denen sich der Mensch schützen soll?

Wie ist dieser Bewusstseinsschritt damit in Einklang zu

bringen und unter diesen Umständen immer zu halten?

Die hier gegebene Botschaft beinhaltet die Schlüssel dafür.

Die heutige Bewusstseinsarbeit richtet euch darauf neu aus!

Das heißt, ihr werdet euch nicht nur bewusst, wie die kosmischen

Gesetze wirken, sondern ihr werdet Teil dieser neuen Wirklichkeit.

Mit ausreichender Übung werdet ihr sehr bald die dunklen

Energiefelder und jene Kräfte, die euch am Vorankommen

hindern wollen, auf eine neue Weise wahrnehmen.

Das bedeutet, dass diese Kräfte auch euch anders wahrnehmen

müssen. Am Ende dieser „Begegnung“ steht, dass ihr für sie nicht

mehr greifbar oder erreichbar seid. Denn wer seine Energien

vollständig auf einer höheren Frequenz hält, der bleibt von

niedrig-frequenten Energiefeldern unerreicht.

Aber, so könnten manche von euch einwenden, haben wir

nicht Aufträge zu erfüllen, die uns auf diese dichte Erde

geführt haben? Dafür müssen wir doch Teil dieser Realität

sein? Kann ein Mensch seine Aufträge in dieser Matrix erfüllen,

wenn er sich ihr entzieht?

Ab einem bestimmten Punkt in der Involution des Menschen

kann er seine Aufträge erst fortsetzen, wenn er sich ganz

bewusst auf eine höhere Ebene der Wahrnehmung begibt. 

Sehen, was ist, ist das Eine, sich jedoch selbst die 

Teer-Stiefel dieser Zeit zu schnüren, ist etwas ganz 

anderes.

Manche Menschen meinen, sie müssten, um einem Kranken

zu helfen, selbst krank werden. Andere meinen, sie müssten

ihr Licht dadurch zu den Menschen bringen, indem sie selbst

in die Finsternis zu ihnen steigen. Dies sind selten Wege, bei

denen sich für alle ausreichend Lebensenergien entfalten oder

für alle Heilungen geschehen können. 

Wenn der Gesunde krank wird und wenn das Licht des 

Lichtbringers nur noch ein spärliches Flimmern ist, 

dann ist niemandem gedient.

Ihr könnt eure Aufgaben nur erfüllen, wenn ihr eure

Schwingung konstant hochhalten könnt.

Glück, Frieden, Liebe und Lebensfreude benötigen ein

geeignetes Umfeld, in dem sie bestehen können. Sobald

ihr eine bestimmte Eigenschwingung erreicht habt und

diese halten könnt, gilt es achtsam damit umzugehen.

Denn genauso wenig wie die Lüge in der Gegenwart von

Wahrheit nicht bestehen kann, kann die die Wahrheit in

einem kraftvollen Umfeld der Lüge nicht bestehen.

Das heißt, wenn Menschen bei euch Hilfe suchen, so

müssen sie bereit sein, einen ersten Schritt aus der

Finsternis heraus zu setzen und das Umfeld der Lüge

verlassen zu  wollen. Es ist immer die Pflicht des Kranken –

auf welchen Wegen und mit welchen Mitteln auch immer –

nach Heilung zu verlangen, dann kann alles seinen guten

Weg nehmen.

An dieser Stelle ist es wichtig, dass ihr Folgendes verinnerlicht: 

Bindet euch niemals die Lasten anderer um, verschwendet

euer Licht nicht an Orte und Menschen, die der Finsternis 

huldigen, denn es hat noch kein Erleuchteter einen Menschen 

gerettet, der es selbst nicht aus ganzem Herzen wollte.

Eines ist gewiss: Wer sich selbst retten will, der wird von Gott

gerettet werden. Selbst dann, wenn Gott dich entsenden würde,

um die ganze Menschheit zu retten, selbst dann, kannst du dies

nur bewerkstelligen, wenn du dich der Finsternis einer Welt nicht

dauerhaft aussetzt.

Jesus bei den Aussätzigen 

JJK: Ich denke daran, dass Jesus auch bei den Lahmen

war, dass sich Jesus zu den Aussätzigen begab? 

LAHIRI MAHASAYA: Ja. Jesus aber blieb nicht unter

ihnen, sondern verließ sie nach kurzer Zeit wieder.

Dies, um sich selbst in die Kraft zurückzubringen und

um sich nicht in die Dramen dieser Menschen, in die

fremden Besetzungen und in die unerlösten Themen

ziehen zu lassen. Jeder erleuchtete Meister weiß genau,

wann er sich wo und für wie lange aufhält; und er weiß

über sein Licht und seine Macht immer genau zu verfügen.

Dass ein erleuchteter Meister sein Gewand ablegt, sobald

er dem Leid ins Antlitz blickt, ist ein Irrtum. Es verhält sich

genau andersrum. Von einem Erwachten geht eine spezielle

Schwingung aus, ein Licht, das die Menschen unbewusst

wahrnehmen. Dieses Licht hält der Erleuchte dort, wo er
ist, solange es angemessen ist, in einer für die Menschen
erträglichen Frequenz aufrecht. Darüber hinaus strahlt ein
Erwachter Mitgefühl und Liebe aus. Dies wird gerne mit
Mitleid und Mitleiden verwechselt. 

Die Tränen eines Erleuchteten – beim Anblick von 
Leid und Elend – bringen Bäche der Heilung hervor: 
Wasser, das die Menschen von ihren Sünden reinigt.

Diese Botschaft klingt aus. Fassen wir zusammen:

– Das Leben dient dir und das Universum arbeitet für
dich. Heute wurde dieses Bewusstsein verankert.
Was du selbst bewirken kannst, ist, dir dieser Wahrheit
immer gewahr zu sein.

– Gedanken und Emotionen, das Leben sei eine
Aneinanderreihung von ungünstigen Ereignissen,
oder die Meinung, die ganze Welt hätte sich gegen
dich verschworen, gilt es zu hinterfragen. Vieles
davon gilt es dem Lichte zuzuführen und in der

Meditation aufzulösen.

Das ist der Auftrag des heutigen Tages an dich:

– Beginne damit, dich liebevoll dem Leben zuzuwenden;

vor allem dann, wenn die äußeren Umstände sehr oft
die exakt gegenteiligen Rückschlüsse zulassen.

– Hebe deine Eigenschwingung an und halte sie
konstant hoch; damit gewinnst du ein neues Blickfeld
und du überblickst die Ereignisse und wirst nicht mehr
in den Sog der Ereignisse gezogen. Das macht den
Unterschied.

– Entscheide dich, ob du als Beobachter in das
Geschehen eingreifst oder ob du dich von den
Geschehnissen übernehmen, ja, sogar überrollen
lässt.

Wisset bitte noch dies: Die neuen Revolten haben
eine völlig neue Qualität.

Macht eure Liebe sichtbar!

Diese gehen vom einzelnen Menschen aus und werden

nicht mehr heldenhaft von einzelnen Menschen bewirkt.

Mut ist die neue Tugend; und durch euren Mut, mit eurem

Licht selbst die dunkelsten Winkel dieser Welt auszuleuchten,

ändert sich alles. Das ist sichtbar gemachte Liebe des Menschen

zu ALLEM-WAS-IST. In diesem Moment wirst du göttlich und

Gott gleich, erleuchtet und vollkommen.

Heute wurdest du auf Zukünftiges eingestimmt, wurde dein

Bewusstsein erweitert und dein Alltag mit einer neuen Lebenskraft

erfüllt. Jetzt gilt es der zukünftigen Gegenwart mit neuer Wachheit

zu begegnen. Heiße sie willkommen, denn jeder Augenblick dient

dir und in jedem Moment bist du der Fürsorge Gottes anvertraut.

Dieses Gegenwärtig-Sein erschafft deine neue Zukunft.

Lass dich nicht von Vorstellungen und Glaubenssätzen, von falschen Überzeugungen oder Meinungen unterdrücken. Lass Gott über dich

herrschen, indem du dich Ihm ganz hingibst. Was bedeutet: die

Tatsache, dass das Leben immer für dich arbeitet, anzunehmen.

Wenn du an dieser Stelle JA sagst, hast du alles gesagt, wenn

du dich an dieser Stelle ganz Gott öffnest, hast du alles getan.

Dann kann die Gnade Gottes fließen und du erkennst, dass der

Schleier, der Himmel und Erde trennte, nicht mehr existiert.

Es gibt reichlich Anlass für dich, glücklich zu sein.

Manifesting a Love Relationship

Love is one of the core expressions of the Creator. Love is the most truthful feeling and experience which resembles, aligns us to and awakens the Creator’s pure vibrations within. Love is the label for the human and physical reality experience of the Creator. Love represents the purest vibration of the Creator in existence within your being.

The Creator can be expressed in numerous ways, qualities and energies, it is the same for the quality of love. There are experiences and situations which humans label as love although they are not expressions nor do they resemble the pure and truthful love or essence of the Creator. The love of the Creator, I, Pallas Athena, speak of is unconditional, offers constant support, energises the truth of the Creator, shares forgiveness, has the ability to heal, creates happiness and joy, is non-attached, advocates freedom, is at peace and feels empowered while empowering others. The highest frequency of love also creates wisdom and knowledge born from a space of love and Creator essence. When the love of the Creator is present then the ego, fear and suffering cannot be present unless an individual consciously invites or focuses upon these limiting qualities which can generate feelings of separation. Reasons for focusing upon limiting qualities could be for the process of understanding, growth and learning or because of energetic habits which keep manifesting as repetitive patterns. We must also remember that the conditioning humans experience from their birth also encourages a focus upon limiting qualities and experiences rather than on the presence of love. Even those focused upon spiritual awakening can hold onto and energise their ego, fear and suffering without realising. One can embody a certain percentage of the Creator’s love while still following the patterns of their ego. It is only when an individual surrenders to the love of the Creator within them that they can more easily see, sense or acknowledge the presence of their ego, then being able to consciously release themselves from old limiting patterns. When love is present within an individual we know the Creator is being recognized and activated, therefore love is working through the individual with their conscious awareness.

We can recognize the aspects, manifestations and reactions of the ego as born from separation while aspects, manifestations and reactions of love represent a conscious awareness of connection and union with the Creator. Sometimes expressions can appear to be born from love when actually they develop from feelings of being separated from the Creator. It is important to feel love within your own heart born from your recognition of oneness with the Creator; then you will be able to recognize the same love in others and your experiences, releasing all that is not the love of the Creator.

When you access the love of the Creator, it becomes a constant part of your being and reality. You find yourself detaching and feeling less inclined to judge, be fearful or even sad because you know and feel you are supported and loved by the Creator, this is an amazing experience. Limiting habits can still rise from within your being. However, the love emanating from your being allows you to recognise their false nature and continue to remain in a space of love. At times you may find yourself feeling low, upset or negative and yet when you compare this to your past you will notice that your experiences and feelings are of a higher vibration than before. You will notice that even if you feel sad or angry, the love of the Creator never leaves you, it becomes more like acting in a play rather than being consumed by your experiences completely.

Patterns of separation can also be constant and addictive; often individuals can experience a power in experiencing separation with the Creator. It is a false power because they believe they have control of their being and life if they remain as they are, however, their soul is always trying to guide them back to union with the Creator causing an inner battle to commence. Love can exist alongside beliefs of separation within an individual. However, the more love is fully embraced the easier it will be to let go of separation of all forms. It is appropriate to wonder that if love can exist within a person alongside separation, then maybe the love recognised by the individual is not at its purest state or has not yet fully been experienced and surrendered to. When we surrender to love, even if only for a moment, we enter into a beautiful state of mind, being and existence where we recognise ourselves as love, all around us as love and most importantly we see the power of love. A realisation dawns that everything can be healed with the pure love of the Creator because it is not simply a feeling, it is a connection to higher consciousness, a powerful wave of life force and giving energy; it is a state that allows us to be in our power.
Many partnerships or romantic relationships can be created from a love that exists alongside separation within each individual. This does not mean the love of the relationship is false; it simply signifies that there are greater levels of love to explore. Imagine a love between two people where there are limiting beliefs, insecurities or feels of being unworthy, each limiting thought, emotion or reaction creates a block so that the two people cannot see each other clearly or as their truth, while also creating an element of separation within the relationship experience. Now imagine a relationship where both individuals have surrendered to the love of the Creator, they emanate love and even when limiting thoughts, emotions or reactions arise they treat their inner experience with love releasing each to remain in a space of love. Both people in the relationship will be able to support each other in accessing a deeper love within their own beings as well as creating their relationship as a truthful Creator love. The result will be a more meaning full relationship for each person with the Creator.

When separation is present within individuals, they have the ability to be fearful, hateful, judgmental and even hurtful while also experiencing deep feelings of love. Such qualities and experiences are born from a space of believing in a lack of their own personal power. It is a mistake to believe that power is control or controlling. When you embody the love of the Creator, you are in your power because you are functioning from your strength rather than from a space of weakness such as pain, old wounds and suffering. The only way you can exist from a space of unconditional love and power within your being is to be consciously focusing on emanating love while being aware of but not attached to the separation energies you experience and how they manifest within your reality. Hate, fear, judgment and so forth are simply old wounds of pain. When you heal and release these old wounds you give yourself more space to focus upon love, and it can be very challenging to hate, fear or even judge because the wounds that created the reactions which manifested as these qualities are no longer present. Therefore, the reaction has been erased, and the only reaction which remains is of love.

Frequently any negative, limiting or disempowering reaction towards yourself or another has nothing to do with your present situation; it is simply an old wound reacting or coming to the surface. When you begin to recognise your reactions as representatives of the energies you hold onto within your being then it is far easier to create the necessary shifts within your being to dissolve separation and move into a space of love.
There is a promise within your soul which has been made by the Creator to you; this is a promise of fulfilment and constant care for you. This is the divine will of the Creator for your reality. Many people are unaware of the Creator’s promise to them which exists within their souls. It is only a belief in and focus upon separation which shadows this promise from manifesting fully in your reality. During meditation or quiet time if you ask within your being to connect with, observe and experience the promise of the Creator to you then you will be made aware of this promise and its energy with divine timing. You can then allow the energy vibration of the promise to pulsate throughout your being, body and reality for your experience upon the Earth.

With this promise of fulfilment and care from the Creator in mind, we realise that this also means that every soul holds the same promise, meaning each person’s purpose is to create and experience fulfilment, as well as to lovingly care for themselves and others in the most appropriate and guided way. Therefore, every soul upon the Earth has the opportunity to experience a deeply loving relationship, if this is what their soul wishes to experience in their current lifetime. Most souls wish to experience a genuinely loving relationship with another because the union of their pure Creator love removes further boundaries of separation, creating greater love and experiences of unification with the Creator. The relationship itself can support inner cleansing, empowerment, and development with great intensity and potency.

It is important to remember that your relationship with yourself and the Creator is of great importance, creating and remembering your true relationship of love with yourself and the Creator allows everything else to fall into place within your reality born from pure love to manifest divine experiences of love.

Many factors can hinder the manifestation of a loving relationship or union manifesting in your reality. Past lifetime patterns, lessons and wounds that continue to imprint into your current reality, feeling unworthy or undeserving of such a relationship. It could be too much focus upon your inner pain, fears, suffering or any form of separation which hinders you from expressing your love and encourages you to be self-absorbed. Feelings or beliefs of loneliness can hinder a relationship manifesting. Moving through, healing and releasing all these limitations may feel as if you are wasting your life and time when it would be far more beneficial to experience a deep and meaningful relationship as this would be a union with the Creator. However, everything has a purpose and whatever you are experiencing in your life, whatever limitations you are moving through your soul is growing, expanding and becoming empowered, so it is truly perfect for you now.

A limitation to creating the manifestation of a deeply loving relationship is the yearning for such a relationship in your life. When you yearn for a romantic or spiritual, loving relationship, you may feel you are yearning for companionship or someone to share deeply and intimately with, yet the truth is that you are actually yearning for a deeper connection with the Creator. It is the same whether you are yearning for a relationship or something else in your reality such as excitement, a material object, friends or even money. Every soul yearns to be loved by the Creator whatever their circumstances. This means you are not aware of or have forgotten the promise made to you by the Creator to fulfil and care for you, which means to love you deeply. It is not that the Creator has neglected to deliver this promise to you it is that you have not fully opened yourself to receive the gift. It also symbolises that an aspect of yourself may not be willing to allow you to love yourself. Without your self-love, you cannot recognise the pure and truthful love of the Creator and others. Remember that self-love has nothing to do with the ego, it is to offer to yourself unconditional love, support, truth, forgiveness, healing, happiness and joy. When you love yourself Manifesting a Love Relationship by Pallas Athenaunconditionally you make time and space in your reality for others to love you, meaning that you welcome the support of others and do not feel that everything has to be achieved by you alone. The belief in the inability of others to serve you can also hinder a deeply loving relationship, it can be born from a belief that the Creator is unable to help you. Holding onto wounds, you discover spiritually as your beliefs, such as believing you do not have a loving relationship because of your past experiences and your inability to love yourself can also limit you. This is to create a belief from a realization or expression of enlightenment because the ego is not willing to let go of separation and enter into peace and love.

When you dissolve all forms of separation, then the Creator flows through you and will co-create with you to manifest whatever you wish to experience. Remember that all manifestations first come from within you. If you do not feel your reality represents the truth of your being, then ask yourself in what area are you believing in and holding onto separation? The greatest truth is that you are loved unconditionally by the Creator with the purpose of experiencing fulfilment and loving support. It is now time for you to open and receive all the Creator wishes to share with. Let go of all blame, anger or resentment; these are simply old wounds which can be valuable for your self-discovery and healing. Know that you are in the most perfect and appropriate period of your reality whatever you are experiencing. Let go of all judgment of your past and present, allow yourself to step into love.

Today we discuss the PINEAL GLAND. Our Pineal Gland fell asleep as we fell from higher dimensions to 3rd Dimension. We in Lemuria were very telepathic as we were in 4.5-5D then. The Pineal Gland shrunk and collapsed( fell over in its side from the upright position and shriveled up like a pea).

It is the only Gland in the body, that reacts only to frequency signals. It is our 3rd Eye. It connects us to the cosmic wisdom when it is open and awakened. It is how we feel things intuitively. The awakened and expanded Pineal is the doorway to all dimensions and information of our soul and galactic knowledge. The expanded pineal sends and receives signals. A open 3rd eye will allow you to see and hear into other dimensions.

One of the most wondrous parts of our physical body is the Pineal Gland.  It is also called the epiphysis cerebri, epiphysis, conarium or the “Third Eye.” It is a small endocrine gland in the vertebrate brain. It produces serotonin and melatonin, hormones that affect mood and modulate our wake/sleep patterns and seasonal functions. Its shape resembles a tiny pinecone (hence its name in Latin, pinea, which means “pinecone”), and it is located near the center of the brain, between the two hemispheres, tucked in a groove where the two rounded thalamic bodies join.

Even though this gland is hidden deep inside the brain and is only the size of a pea, it has been an almost fanatical obsession of masters, mystery schools and religions throughout the ages. Rene Descartes, the famous philosopher dedicated much of his life to studying the pineal gland, stating it is the “principal seat of the soul”. He believed it is the connection between the physical body and the mind/soul. We also see it playing prominent in the writings of Pythagoras, Plato, and Iamblichus, as well as in Egyptian, Tibetan and Roman Catholic Church. It is even mentioned by the Founding Fathers of the USA.

One of the central figures in Egyptian mystery school myths is the Eye of Horus. Many feel the eye of Horus is really the third eye, or the pineal gland. There does seem to be a lot of similarities, at least from an anatomical point of view.

In earlier blogs we have talked about the law of similarities, fractal relationships or morphic resonance. When we have things with such a great degree of similarity of shape, they can communicate (vibrate) with each other with ease. This pyramid/ third eye connection was not lost on the Founding Fathers of the U.S.A., who were mostly Free Masons; they used it as part of the country’s seal, which can be seen on the back of the American dollar bill to this day.

Many of the mystery schools often coded the information in the form of a pine cone. We can see this prominently in the Vatican as one of the largest statues to nature. It also retains a dominant role on the staff of the Pope. The entwined snakes on Osiris’ staff are reminiscent of the kundalini forces entwining up the spinal cord to end in the pineal gland.

The Pineal Gland develops in the human fetus around 21 days, responding to light and darkness. Even though it is hidden deep inside the brain, it has photoreceptor cells that bear a strong resemblance to the retinal cells of the eyes. In some species, like lamprey (jawless, blood sucking eel-like fish) and tuatara (reptile), the pineal gland has access to the surface of the skin (a foramen opening) and acts as a third eye with photoreception, having cornea, lens and retina. In Humans, the pineal gland helps set up the circadian rhythms. Melatonin is stimulated by darkness and inhibited by light. Why would we have an organ buried deep inside our brain that responds to light?

Recent scientific research has shown there are substantial, biological similarities between the retina and the pineal gland. Piezoelectric microcrystals may be transmitting photons that can be picked up by the retina-like tissue in the pineal gland—where they are then sent to the brain and descrambled into visual images. This may be responsible for what we call the “mind’s eye”—such as when we suddenly see a mental image of our friend right before he or she calls us. DNA itself seems to accumulate light and in the process transmit light to other cells as a form of communication. Can we watch this process in our mind’s eye? Clearly, more research is necessary to fully understand how the Pineal Gland actually works, but we already have some intriguing research available.

Even though the pineal gland is geographically in the center of the brain, it does not separate itself from the rest of the body with the Blood Brain Barrier (BBB), which the rest of the brain maintains. The internal portion of the pineal gland contains extremely coherent water, with small crystals that respond to piezoelectric frequencies. In fact, this water is so pure and coherent, it is hard to find this purity anywhere else in nature accept the microtubules in the cell. Rudolf Steiner, a well-known scholar of the esoteric mystery schools, argued that the legend of the Holy Grail—a chalice filled with the “waters of life” or “elixir of immortality”—is yet another symbolic reference to the pineal gland. A recent Steiner compilation entitled The Mysteries of the Holy Grail establishes detailed connections between the Grail legends and the pineal gland. The [Holy] Grail is also located within each of us, in the castle of the skull, and can nourish our subtlest perceptions in a way that dispels all but the most refined material influence.

This response to light has not gone unnoticed by researchers of psychedelic hallucinations. Dr. Rick Strassman, while conducting research on the psychedelic dimethyltryptamine (DMT) at the University of New Mexico, advanced the controversial hypothesis that a massive release of DMT from the pineal gland prior to death or near death was the cause of the near death experience (NDE) phenomenon. Several of his test subjects reported NDE-like audio or visual hallucinations. His explanation for this was the possible lack of panic involved in the clinical setting and possible dosage differences between those administered and those encountered in actual NDE cases. Several subjects  reported contact with ‘other beings’  from other worlds with different experiences, some loving and others encountered non loving ones too ( in orginal link  found below,  a few other words were used) Basing his reasoning on his belief that all the enzymatic material needed to produce DMT is found in the pineal gland, and moreover in substantially greater concentrations than in any other part of the body, Strassman has speculated that DMT is made in the pineal gland. Currently there is no published reliable scientific evidence supporting this hypothesis and as such, it is merely a hypothesis. DMT and chemically similar substances have been found in many of the botanicals that are used by Shamans around the world to induce euphoric states for them to communicate with the spirit world.

The mood altering substance serotonin, which is in the same chemical family of indols as melatonin and DMT, is manufactured in many parts of the body, especially the brain. Nicholas Giarmin, a professor of pharmacology, and Daniel Freedman, a professor of psychiatry, confirmed that the human brain manufactures serotonin at various sites in the brain. For example, in the Thalamus, they discovered 61 nanograms of serotonin per gram of tissue; in the Hippocampus, 56 ng.; in the Central Gray Section of the Midbrain, they found 482 ng. But in the Pineal Gland, they found 3140 ng. of serotonin per gram of tissue. The Pineal Gland was unmistakably the richest site of serotonin in the brain. This discovery implicates the Pineal Gland as an important site of serotonergic [serotonin-forming] activity. This strongly suggests pineal gland function can affect mood. On the other hand, there may be some correlation between pineal gland health and autoimmune issues such as MS.

Clearly, MS is associated with pineal calcification. For example, one study showed 100 percent of individuals with MS who were consecutively admitted to a hospital had pineal calcification compared to only 43 percent for similar-aged controls with other neurological disorders. In addition, groups who have a low MS incidence (e.g., African Americans, Japanese) also have less pineal calcification. Fluoride may affect the enzymatic conversion of tryptophan to melatonin. Fluoride may also affect the synthesis of melatonin precursors (e.g., serotonin), or other pineal products (e.g., 5-methoxytryptamine). The human pineal gland contains the highest concentration of fluoride in the body. Whether or not fluoride interferes with pineal function in humans requires further investigation.

When you start adding all of this up, where mystery schools, philosophers, major religions, and shamans all point toward the pineal gland being important for spiritual awaking, we can easily see a pattern. When you realize that modern health issues like mood disorders, depression and anxiety, as well as autoimmune issues like MS also point toward the small pineal gland, it triggers ones curiosity.

Pineal Gland – Connection to Spirit and Activation

As mentioned in earlier Blogs, the pineal gland has many interesting and curious connections to spirit. Often called the ‘Third Eye’ this small endocrine gland, buried deep in the center of the brain, has become the focus of many masters and shamans of the past. It has been claimed to be the ‘principle seat of the soul’, playing a prominent role in the mythology of the Egyptians, Tibet Buddhists, Roman Catholic Church, philosophers, scientists and even the founding fathers of the U.S.A. Some say it is the Holy Grail. The pineal gland has light receptors (similar to our eyes) creating insight into our ‘mind’s eye.’ It appears to have a connection to dreams, hallucinations, near death experiences, abductions and even visions. But what is its connection to spirit or other dimensions?

Being similar to a pinecone in shape (thus its name), the pineal gland is constructed in a three dimensional Fibonaccian spiral (that is close to a Golden Mean spiral). This shape in sacred geometry is considered a portal system onto itself, helping a person transcend dimensions in many mystery schools.

A prime example of this is the mystical group called the Sufi. They do a spiral dance to get close to God and the heavens. Inside the pineal gland not only do we find the manufacturing of several ‘mind altering’ hormones such as melatonin, serotonin and possibly the psychedelic dimethyltryptamine (DMT), we find extremely coherent water with piezoelectric crystals. This extremely coherent water, encased in a sacred geometry chamber, has deep interest to us. The piezoelectric quality of this chamber is a great candidate for an event horizon to project us into other dimensions. This could be a connection to many things including: dreams, astral projection, remote viewing, visions and even the connection to higher self, the soul/spirit worlds. Some authorities have gone as far as calling it a Star Gate.

It certainly has the mythos of several religions, but now it appears the science and anatomy confirmation of this is being teased out of the literature. As we have mentioned in other blogs, coherence is a very significant transfer system of information. Coherenceis a great storage system, like computer chips, hard drives or even the Mayan Crystal skulls. Psychics, seers and visionaries in many cultures throughout time have used it.

This coherent water in the pineal gland might be the master event horizon, but there are other places in the body that have coherent water. Dr. Stuart Hameroff, Professor of Anesthesiology at the University of Arizona, has put forward a theory. He believes the microtubules which are part of the cytoskeleton of cells, can — at least in brain neurons — be the connection between the body and consciousness. Many feel microtubules throughout the body also have this connection. It appears this coherence of water ‘communicates’ at the quantum level to the quantum field. In other blogs we have looked at this quantum field, (or Divine matrix, Noosphere, Source Field and many other names). At the core of these microtubules in the cellar matrix are centrioles, which control mitotic cell division.

Many researchers have contemplated these microtubules as part of a portal system. Most specifically Dr. Carl Calleman in The Purposeful Universe, put forward a thesis that not only are centrioles an important part of this fractal relationship and portal system, they are contemplated heavily in ancient Mayan Myths. He points out that the centrioles are one of the few places in the body that both circles (non-linear) and straight lines (linear) come together. The two centrioles are a 90o to each other, this being significant from both sacred geometry and esoteric lore. This figure shows up as a “T”, a very important symbol to the Maya, as it is how man came into the earth plane. This connection can also be seen in at least one Renaissance painting of the Christ Child. The end of a microtubule has 13 amino acids, which Dr. Calleman says represent the sacred 7 days and 6 nights of the important Mayan week. He goes on further to state that, the number of different amino acids being 20, which completes the calculation of the sacred Tzolkin Calendar of (13 x 20 =) 260 days. Embedded inside the arrangement of the amino acids can also be found the Flower of Life and the Seed of Life, so important to sacred geometry and the teachings of Drunvalo Melchizedek. Dr. Calleman goes on to show how the spiral shape of DNA has a fractal and Halographic relationship with atoms, all the way up to the Universe. A Halo is the organization of the Universe, with this showing up as a spin, creating a Tree of Life relationship. Of course there has to be coherence for all of these parts (Halos) to communicate. The Pineal Gland spiral pine cone shape makes it the master event horizon.

Some have gone on to suggest that this might be the core of teleportation technology in the future. Beam me up, Scotty.

The sum of underlying evidence points to a strong reason for why people who are interested in spiritual development, lucid dreams, or deeper understanding of the connection to higher self/spirit, may want to activate the pineal gland. This is not a new phenomenon. Mystery schools from the Free Masons to the Egyptians, Shamans and Tibetans and various esoteric groups, such as the Druids, have found rituals and techniques to stimulate the Third Eye, or pineal gland.

Just as the pineal gland appears 21 days after conception, many feel the process of awaking the pineal gland should take a minimum of 21 days. One of the techniques I have found very useful is Alexandra Luppold’s Dolphin Sun Activation Workshop, which takes a little over 21 days. This process goes through a personal clearing, followed by 21 days of guided meditations.

There are many other techniques that have been used, including Tom Keyon’s Pineal Dimensional Attunement, given to him from the Hathors. There is an interesting and very economical downloadable book, Pineal Gland and Third Eye: How to Develop “Conscious Self” Psychic Abilities [Kindle Edition], by Dr. Jill Ammon-Wexler. It goes through 15 ways to activate the pineal gland. I still feel the 21-day guided meditation technique is the best, but there are many ways to enhance this process.

In some cultures, it has traditionally been considered that a person is not even ready for marriage until their third eye is open. This is to say, they are going into this new relationship with their eyes wide open. An artifact of this practice can be seen in modern day India culture, where a woman will often wear a bindi (a dot or sticker) on her forehead to cover the third eye area. You will also see both males and females in several cultures painting over their third eye as part of sacred ceremonies.

Pineal Gland – What’s going Wrong and How to Fix It

We looked at some of the many connections for this small gland and spiritual development. From being called the ‘principle seat of the soul’ to the ‘Third Eye’, we saw how many mystery schools, religions, cults, philosopher and even politicians have viewed this hidden gland with reverence and even ah. Some have gone as far as calling it a star gate to other dimensions.

It appears that coherence of the crystals and water inside the pineal gland, as well as other places in the body, plays a large role in it function as a portal system to lucid dreaming, psychic events, vision and possible spiritual evolution.

This bring up a few questions

1. What, if anything is holding us back from this coherence?
2. How can we activate this coherence?

Holding us Back

There are many things that might keep us from Pineal Gland coherence. Here are three.

1. General over all poor health.
2. Lack of (or too much) focus in ones life.
3. Calcification of the pineal Gland.

General Health

The Pineal Gland is almost like the bubble in a level. If life (physical, emotional, mental or spiritual) is out of level, the bubble is not in the middle and therefore coherence cannot happen. To have the Pineal Gland balanced and coherent, one has to have their life in order. This is not to say that sometimes a person will not have a vision when in poor health, as this sometimes happens. These incidences are not sustained coherence.

Focus

Interestingly, lack of and too much focus seem to cause the same problem with the Pineal Gland. Again, it is all about balance. As suggested in earlier blogs, too much focus can cause health issues like Multiple Sclerosis (MS), also most often having calcification of the Pineal Gland. Coherence cannot happen unless a direction of focus is maintained, but not too fanatically focused on. So the lesson here is almost a soft fuzzy focus in the direction of the intended coherence. It is similar to why a person has a hard time seeing an aura if they look too hard at a person; only perceiving them when they kind of get a fuzzy focus (out of the ‘side of their eyes’) look at a person. Coherence comes with just the right amount of focus, not too much, nor too direct, but just right. It is a feeling, a state of mind, or field, more than pure hard work. It is something that comes with practice — a Zone. Meditation is one of the best things to aid in obtaining that zone of feeling. Two other ways to lighten up ‘too much focus’ are laughter and hugging. Laughter is still one of the best medicines of all, as it creates that soft fuzzy feeling around everything. Hugging can give us strong surges of oxytocin, which bonds us and make us feel good all over. It relaxes the stiffness in a person, breaking down strong boundaries or even barriers. Of course this is another area ripe for Flower Essence.

Calcification of the Pineal Gland

This one of the biggest areas to affects pineal gland function. Let look at some of the causes of calcification of the Pineal Gland. There are several so we will just look at some of the most common ones:

1. Aging
2. Fluoride
3. Aluminum oxide
4. Inflammation

Aging

Even though, it appears that calcification of the pineal Gland is a natural process of aging. Many are starting to question this. There are many younger people that have more calcification then older people in recent years. Again meditation, yoga, Tai chi, Qi Gong, will aid in keeping this area flexible. Visualization, vision seeking, lucid dreams, guided meditation all will help this area. Remember in the last Blog we showed how guided meditation could help activate the Pineal Gland.

Fluoride

There has been lots of research released since Dr. Jennifer Luke from the University of Surrey in England in 1997 found that fluoride could cause calcification of the Pineal gland. Animals treated with fluoride not only had lower levels of melatonin as expected, but female animals experienced an early onset of puberty. Due to the interference of melatonin production in the animals in response to the fluoride treatment, the hormonal triggers that are responsible for puberty were disturbed. This is something we are seeing quite commonly in North America young girls these days.

Dr. Luke summarized the findings:

“In conclusion, the human pineal gland contains the highest concentration of fluoride in the body. Fluoride is associated with depressed pineal melatonin synthesis by prepubertal gerbils and an accelerated onset of sexual maturation in the female gerbil. The results strengthen the hypothesis that the pineal has a role in the timing of the onset of puberty.”

It is amazing that the medical (and dental) communities are so resistant to connecting the increase of cognitive decline in adults (Alzheimer’s and various dementia’s), and behavioral issues in children (ADD, ADHD, depression and learning disabilities of all kinds) with calcification of the Pineal Gland and fluoridation. There have been over 23 human studies and 100 animal studies linking fluoride to brain damage. It is not new information, as some of the first papers were written in the Journal of the American Medical Association in September of 1943.

Still a very high percentage of North American drink fluoridated water and get fluoride treatment to strengthen their teeth. Many feel that the whole fluoridation process was a con, to get rid of large amounts of waste products from both the Aluminum and radiation industries. Be it as it may, taking in Sodium Fluoride seems not only to be detrimental to your health, it may keep you from experiences your higher self.

Interestingly even though Sodium Fluoride seems to be a problem, taking Calcium Fluoride in the form of a tissue salt (Homeopathically 12x) can decrease calcification of soft tissues, including the Pineal Gland. It is also used to make a person more flexible.

The fluoride question goes even deeper though. One of the most common drugs used for depression in the past has been Prozac (Fluoxetine). It is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), which has fluoride as a major component of it. Prozac is approved for the treatment of major depression (including pediatric depression), obsessive-compulsive disorder (in both adult and pediatric populations), bulimia nervosa, panic disorder and premenstrual dysphoric disorder.

Over the last several years I have had many patients tell me the same thing about Prozac. Yes they were less depressed, but they felt cut off from their spirit, their deeper self. When you hear the same thing said by many unconnected people over several years, it is easy to see a pattern. Looking at the molecule of Prozac, you can see the three green atoms of fluoride. These seem to aid in at least blocking this portal system and most likely calcifying the Pineal Gland. These patients were coming in for something that would help reduce their depression, but still help them maintain the deeper connection with themselves. Fortunately with medicinal mushrooms and Flower Essences we could almost always assist them in going off the SSRI, without having rebound depression and help them feel more connected again.

This of course points firmly again to the fluoride blocking the flow of energy through the Pineal Gland, as well as causing calcification.

Aluminum oxide

There is some evidence that Aluminum oxide can increase calcification of the Pineal Gland. There are many sources of aluminum exposure including aluminum cookware, anti-perspiration cosmetics, and some people even contend Chemtrails. It seems prudent to reduce this exposure as much as possible.

Inflammation

Inflammation in the body, especially inflammatory autoimmune issues such as Rheumatoid Arthritis and Lupus appears to increase the rate of calcification of soft tissues in the body. So one possible way to decrease calcification would be by trying to decrease inflammation using supplements. A C-reactive protein blood test can measure your level of inflammation. High levels are considered to be markers for heart disease as well as chronic autoimmune disorders.

Supplements that are considered to be effective against inflammation include Devil’s Claw, Turmeric, Stinging Nettle, Fish Oil, Medicinal Mushroom, Protolithic enzymes, homeopathics and others.

Again it is important to realize that some of these autoimmune diseases are the direct result of living life out of balance. When ever possible, we should try to balance out life, maybe by spending a bit more time in nature or a holiday and meditation. Diet, and D-toxing can be a big equalizer here, by eliminating acid forming foods, dairy, flour and sweets out one life for a while.

Activating the Coherence

We have already looked at things to avoid and a few supplements above that might aid in this process, but what else can be done? In earlier blogs we discussed Guided Meditation like Alexandra Luppold’s Dolphin Sun Activation 21 day Workshop , and Tom Keyon’s Pineal Dimensional Attunement, given to him from the Hathors. But there are other things that seem to aid.

One of the vitamin supplements that seems to aid in this process are the Folates, as in the form of Folic Acid. It is interesting that a fetus has a high need for folates during the period of developing the neural tube and the Pineal Gland after the 21st day. It seems that the minimum is 1 mg daily, but 5 – 40 mg seems even better. This is in the same dosage range we use to reduce restless leg syndrome (often considered a lack of being grounded). The best form to take the folates though is in the form of Metafolin (L-5-MTHF). Metafolin is the natural form of folic acid used at the cellular level for DNA reproduction, the cysteine cycle and the regulation of homocysteine among others. The body can directly uses it; instead of the 5 — 8 chemical steps that folic acid has to go through to be useful.

Contrary to some popular opinion, taking Melatonin does not help this process; in fact it appears to reduce it, creating a dependency. I am not talking about the occasional use of melatonin; I am talking about its use on a regular basis. Only use it when having jet lag, or to help readjust circadian rhythms. It still appears that regulating sleep patterns to be closer to natural cycles (not staying up late under synthetic lights and raising with the sun) is the best way to work with circadian rhythm and to aid in your own production of melatonin. Spend time outside in natural sunlight when possible. In the winter we have employed light therapy in the morning (20 – 30 minutes) for seasonal affective disorder (SAD), along with Flower Essences, Saint John’s Wort and medicinal mushrooms.

This is not to say that melatonin is not important. Many people feel it is one of the more important hormones to have activated in the 2012 – 2013 cusp time. In fact some point to the crop circle found almost a year ago on July 23, 2011, at Roundhill, Willshire, England. It appears to have the shape of the same chemical structure as melatonin. Does this mean that there is someone out there, wanting us to focus on melatonin, or its place of manufacture the Pineal Gland?

Green foods, especially supplements like Chlorella can also be useful here. I suggest 1 – 4 grams daily.

In Conclusion

The following items are things to implement, or take to aid in increasing coherence and activation of the Pineal Gland.

1. General over all poor health. Keeping in a good general state of health. Eating and living in balance with nature as much as possible.
2. Lack of (or too much) focus in ones life.
   • Laughter: one of human’s strongest medicines
   • Hugging: to release our own Oxytocin
   • Flower essence, Medicinal Mushroom; to balance out focus and used in many of the other area of activation.
3. Calcification of the pineal Gland. Reduce with implementing the following protocols when appropriate.
4. Aging
   • Meditation, yoga, Tai chi, Qi Gong, will aid in keeping this area flexible
5. Fluoride
   • Calcium Fluoride in the form of a tissue salt (Homeopathically 12x)
   • Reduce use of fluorinated water, or drugs that contain fluoride.
6. Aluminum oxide: reduce exposure.
7. Inflammation: reduce when possible.
   • Devil’s Claw, Turmeric, Stinging Nettle, Fish Oil, Medicinal Mushroom, Protolithic enzymes and others
   • Balancing out ones life by spending more time in nature, Detoxing and eating better.
8. Directed Meditation or other forms of Pineal Activation
9. Folates: Metafolin (L-5-MTHF) or folic acid 1 – 40 mg daily
10. Reduce melatonin and replace with the following when appropriate.
    • Spending time in Sunlight. Readjust ones life closer to the sun cycles.
    • Saint John’s wort
    • Light therapy
    • Chlorella
