I gift you this easy and powerful Meditation I wrote for you.
Light-sound Shaft – Licht-Klang Säule ( deutscher Text unten)
Walk the Light – Pillar of Light – Lay-oo-esh ( this is the Language of Light)
Many are wishing to connect to source of creation – God, Great Spirit…..to feel connected.
I will share a simple way to do this.
–
Meditation/Visualization with intention
( what you think manifests!)
Sit quietly and breathe in deeply to the Naval area 2nd Chakra release tension on out breath – do it 3 times.
Then Breathe in on SO ( think it in your mind), breathe out on HUM.
Do it for 1-5 minutes until you feel calm and feel a rhythmic flow.
Call all angels and AA Michael and his Legions of Light to surround you and your space( home, room).
Call all masters and guides, power animals, elementals you connect with. Call Mother/Father God and Mother Earth.
You may add a HUGE Hologram of Love into the room – call it down from the Christ-Grid.
Place the Hologram of Love around you. The center of the sphere is your heart.
Now, call in you Higher-self, I AM presence and continue up to Source and call Mother Earth below you.
See a shaft or “Pillar of Light” from the core of Mother Earth through you and all your chakras
( mid body through the Pranic Tube) out of your crown going up to your higher-self above you,
then continuing up to the I AM presence to the source of creation – God.
Feel this connection and call in the love, sound & light of the Heart of the Creator Source above
and of Mother Earth’s heart below to flow through you – the 2 energies meet and merge in your Heart.
Feel your Heart expanding, as the light flows through you. Radiate it out of your heart and out of your eyes.
Walk everywhere with this Light Pillar. You are a conduit now – you are one with all there is.
SAY:
I AM LOVE
I AM ONE WITH ALL THERE IS
I AM my Lightbody
Lay-oo-esh Pillar of Light
Kadoish, Kadoish, kadoish Adonai Tsabayoth

and feel the sound of the universe blending with the light and hear the sound of creation.
(this will strengthen the connection)
LIGHT TRAVELS WITHIN SOUND.
*Keep this connection with you as you walk down the streets of Life.
Walk tall and take the Light where ever you go.*
Do this daily and when ever you need it.

Deine Lichtsäule – Geh mit dem Licht spatzieren
Lay-oo-esh ( Das ist Lichtsprache für Lichtsäule)
Viele wünschen es, mit der Quelle der Schöpfung verbunden zu sein – mit Gott, dem großen Geist… sich verbunden zu fühlen.. Ich möchte hier mit Euch eine einfache Übung teilen, mit der das gelingt.
Medititation
Visualisiere dies mit deiner Intention( Absicht, Willenskraft) Weiss, dass was du denkst wird sich manifestieren.
Sitze ganz ruhig und atme tief in dein 2. Chakra und entlasse alle Anspannung während du aus atmest.
Danach atme ein und denke dabei SO, während du aus atmest denke HUM. Mache dies für 1 – 5 Minuten, so lange, bis du Stille und dich in einem rhytmischen Fluss spürst.
Rufe alle Engel und EE Michael und seine Legionen des Lichtes um Dich, deinen Raum (dein Zu Hause, dein Zimmer) zu umgeben. Lade auch alle Aufgestiegenen Meister, Galaktische Lehrer, Deine geistlichen Begleiter, Elementaren und Krafttieren ein. Rufe YHWH – Vater Gott u. Mutter Goettin und Mutter Erde auch an und verbinde dich mit ihnen.
Du kannst auch ein großes Hologramm der Liebe in diesem Raum beifügen – rufe es aus dem Christusbewusstseins Netz hervor.
Plaziere dieses Hologram der Liebe um dich herum wobei dein Herzen das Zentrum des Hologrammes (Kugel) ist.
Rufe Jetzt dein Höheres Selbst, deine ICH BIN Präsenz während du die Verbindung mit der Quelle aufrecht erhälst und verbinde dich mit Mutter Erde.
Sehe wie eine Säule aus Licht aus dem innerem Kern oder Herz von Mutter Erde durch dich und dein Chakren System
(mittig durch die Prana Röhre) hindurch und aus deinem Kronen Chakra zu deinem Höheren-selbst
bis hin zu der ICH BIN Präsenz und der göttlichen Quelle, welche Gott ist, fließt.
Fühle diese Verbindung und erlaube die Liebe, das Licht und den Klang der Quelle von oben, sowie das von Mutter Erde unter dir, durch dich und in dir zu fließen.
Du bist nun ein Kanal – Du bist nun EINS mit allem was ist.
